In order to obtain high yield in the production of facility vegetables,it is often necessary to invest a lot of fertilizer and plant them year after year,which leads to the deterioration of soil physical and chemical properties and serious obstacles to continuous cropping.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the application effect of Trichoderma bioorganic fertilizer and other measures on vegetables in organic planting facilities to reduce continuous cropping obstacles.In this experiment,the effects of Trichoderma biosubstrate and Trichoderma bioorganic fertilizer on yield,quality,soil physicochemical properties and rhizosphere soil bacterial community of protected vegetables were studied.On this basis,the application effect of different kinds of vegetables was explored in order to provide theoretical and technical support for the obstacle reduction technology of continuous cropping of protected vegetables under the organic planting mode.The main findings are as follows:1.When the concentration of Trichoderma was 106,the growth of Chinese cabbage and cucumber at seedling stage was the best.Applying Trichoderma bioorganic fertilizer to Chinese cabbage and cucumber can reduce the input of organic fertilizer on the basis of ensuring the yield and quality.However,the optimum dosage of Trichoderma bio-organic fertilizer should be selected for different crops.In the Chinese cabbage,0.2 tons of Trichoderma Chinese medicine residue organic fertilizer and 0.2 tons of Trichoderma chicken manure organic fertilizer were the best choices.Compared with organic fertilizer treatment,the biomass and yield of harvest period were significantly increased,the economic benefit was increased by 107% and 113%,respectively,and the nitrate content was significantly reduced.In cucumber,0.4 tons of Trichoderma Chinese medicine residue organic fertilizer was the best,the nitrate content in cucumber was significantly reduced by 21%,the soluble sugar and soluble protein contents were also slightly increased,the biomass and yield of the harvest period were significantly increased,and the economic benefit was increased by 98%.2.According to the analysis of soil physical and chemical properties under different fertilization treatments,the content of available potassium in Trichoderma bio-organic fertilizer treatment was lower than that in organic fertilizer treatment.In Chinese cabbage,the application of organic fertilizer 0.2 tons of Trichoderma Chinese medicine residue organic fertilizer and 0.2 tons of organic fertilizer of Trichoderma chinensis chicken manure reduced the value of soil conductivity by 43% and 52%,and the exchangable sodium content by 25%and 26%,respectively,compared with the organic fertilizer treatment.Soil electrical conductivity,exchangeable sodium content and yield had significant negative correlation,while other soil basic indexes had no significant change.When Trichoderma Chinese medicine residue organic fertilizer was applied to cucumber,soil conductivity decreased,and there was a significant negative correlation between soil conductivity and yield.According to the analysis of the contents of large nutrients and trace elements in the plants under different treatments,the application of organic fertilizer of Trichoderma Chinese medicine residue 0.2 tons can increase the contents of phosphorus and potassium in the Chinese cabbage and the application of organic fertilizer of Trichoderma Chinese medicine residue0.4 tons can increase the contents of iron,manganese and copper.There was no significant difference in the contents of each element in cucumber.3.Compared with organic fertilizer treatment,applying 0.2 tons of Trichoderma Chinese medicine residue organic fertilizer and 0.2 tons of Trichoderma chicken manure organic fertilizer to Chinese cabbage could increase the activity of phosphatase and sucrase in soil;The phosphatase activity of cucumber was increased by 35% by applying 0.4 tons of Trichoderma Chinese medicine residue organic fertilizer,and the sucrase activity was increased by 48% by applying 0.2 tons of Trichoderma chicken manure organic fertilizer.By analyzing the bacterial communities in rhizosphere soil treated with organic fertilizer and Trichoderma bioorganic fertilizer,we can see that applying Trichoderma bio-organic fertilizer can improve the diversity and richness of bacterial community,increase the abundance of beneficial bacteria(Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria),optimize the soil bacterial community,and be more conducive to the growth of crops.4.To explore the effect of Trichoderma bioorganic fertilizer on different varieties of vegetables(Chinese cabbage,Purple Cabbage,shepherd’s purse,Chinese little greens,spinach,cabbage).Lay the foundation for large-scale promotion and demonstration,Results show that application of respectively make Chinese cabbage,Purple Cabbage,shepherd’s purse,Purple Cabbage,cabbage vegetables yield increased by 77%,78%,25%,6%,23%,namely Trichoderma bio-organic fertilizer treatment can improve the different varieties of vegetables production,improve the economic benefit.In conclusion,the application of Trichoderma bioorganic fertilizer can optimize soil properties and reduce the influence of continuous cropping obstacles.It is of great significance to construct healthy soil microflora to improve crop yield and nutrient utilization. |
