| Intercropping functional plants in tea plantation can improve the ecological environment and enhance its ecosystem service functions,creating environmental conditions that are favorable to natural enemies of tea plantation but unfavorable to pests of tea plantation.By enhancing the impact of natural enemies,the purpose of controlling pests can be achieved.In this study,three functional plants,Calendula officinalis L.,Medicago hispida Gaertn.,and Trifolium repens L.,were intercropped with tea trees in an Anxi tea plantation from January 2018 to January 2020.A natural ground cover tea plantation used as a control,patting and sweep netting were used to investigate and analyze the arthropod community under different intercropping conditions.The results are as follows:During the experiment,a total of 88,353 individuals of arthropod community were collected from four different habitats in Juyuan tea plantation,Anxi county,belonging to 847 species in 144 families of 14 orders,3 classes.Among them,82,645 individuals of arthropod community were collected by patting method,belonging to 735 species in128 families of 14 orders,3 classes.And 5,708 individuals of arthropod community were collected by sweep net method,belonging to 110 species in 16 families of 10 orders,2 classes.Compared to tea plantation with natural ground cover,the Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H’)and Pielou evenness index(E)of herbivorous arthropod community in intercropped with Trifolium repens L.by the patting method were significantly higher than those in tea plantation with natural ground cover.The Species richness(S)and Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H’)of arthropod community and herbivorous arthropod community in tea plantation intercropped with Medicago hispida Gaertn.and intercropped with Trifolium repens L.by sweeping net method were significantly higher than those in tea plantation with natural ground cover,and the Simpson diversity(D)index of arthropod community in tea plantation intercropped with Medicago hispida Gaertn.significantly higher than those in tea plantation with natural ground cover.The species richness(S),abundance(N)and Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H’)of saprophagous arthropod community in tea plantation intercropped with Trifolium repens L.by sweeping net method were also significantly higher than those in tea plantation with natural ground cover.The similarity coefficients of arthropod communities in the four habitat management tea plantation by the patting method range from0.840 to 0.874,while the similarity coefficients of arthropod communities in the four habitat management tea plantation by sweeping net method range from 0.655 to 0.751.According to canonical correlation analysis,the first pair of canonical variables between the natural enemies and pests of intercropping functional plants in tea plantation by the patting method and sweeping net method reached a very significant level,and the positive correlation was extremely significant.In conclusion,intercropping functional plants such as Calendula officinalis L.,Medicago hispida Gaertn.,Trifolium repens L.can have an impact on arthropod community in tea plantation,which can provide some theoretical basis and practical guidance for pest control in tea plantation. |
