Abstract/Summary:
The Cyprinus carpio,a scientific name,is a warm-water,bottom-layer omnivorous fish and named after eating rice flowers.It’s native to Guilin,Guangxi,is a famous specialty of Quanzhou County,also one of the top ten brand agricultural products in Guilin.Carassius auratus auratus is widely distributed in China,with delicate meat and high nutritional value.This study mainly studies the difference between the C.carpio(♀)× C.auratus auratus(♂)hybrid F1 population and parents in terms of appearance characteristics,chromosome karyotype,gonad development and muscle quality,which will provide a theoretical basis for the culture and popularization of the subsequent hybrid offspring.The following results were obtained:The appearance feature observation,F1 traits,measurable traits and frame traits of the 30-tailed June-old fish of F1 and its parents were measured,The F1 is more similar to its father’s body color,body size,eyes,and scales,and is quite different from its mother.In the measurement of 32 traits of the total number of comparable traits,measurable traits and frame traits,10 traits in the F1 were partial mother traits and 22 traits were partial father traits,and I think that in the comparison of morphological characteristics,hybrid F1 generation was greatly influenced by C.auratus auratus.The chromosome was prepared by PHA injection,and its karyotype results shows that the F1 chromosome is 2n=100 and the formula of Karyotype is 2n=24m+24sm+6st+40t.the chromosome of the Cyprinus carpio is 2n=100 and the karyotype formula is 2n=28m+18sm+16st+38t,the chromosome of the Crucian carp is 2n=100 and the karyotype formula is 2n=18m+16sm+22st+44t.Through the observation of gonadal structure,both the hybrid F1 and the parents were milky white at the age of June,and the ovaries were fleshy red.Through tissue biopsy,spermatocytes and sperm cells can be observed in the testis,among which sperm cells are the majority,indicating that the testis development is in stage the oocytes of Ⅱ~Ⅳ phase can be observed in the ovaries,of which phase Ⅲ is mostly oocytes,indicating that ovarian development is in phase Ⅲ.We selected 20 hybrid F1 and parents,analyzed the normal nutrients,amino acid content,compared their muscle quality differences.The results showed that: in the muscle texture characteristics,the hybrid F1 had significant differences with the mother in hardness,adhesion,adhesive viscosity and chewing sex(p<0.05),so do cohesion,elasticity(p<0.05).In the conventional nutrient composition of the muscle,there was a significant difference with the mother between the crude fat content(p<0.05).In the amino acid content,there was a significant difference with the mother between Glycine content(P<0.05),so do cystine content(P<0.05).According to the results of nutritional evaluation,the content of methionine + cysteine was the highest in hybrid F1 and parents,and the first restrictive amino acid was lazy acid.summary,the hybrid F1 generation and parents is high quality proteinogenic.
