Since the end of the 20th century, due to excessive use of chemical fertilizers and improper farming management in tea gardens, the soil in tea gardens has been excessively acidified, its structure has been destroyed, and its fertility has declined. The quality of tea has been affected, and tea safety may even be endangered. In 2021,when General Secretary Xi Jinping inspected the Wuyishan tea area in Fujian,he emphasized that it is necessary to coordinate the big article of tea culture, tea industry, and tea technology, and adhere to the direction of green development.Soil testing formula technology is an effective means to realize scientific fertilization.Although soil testing formula has been implemented for many years, its penetration rate in tea gardens in my country is still low.Tea farmers do not have a high degree of awareness of soil testing formula.Larger problems, such as unbalanced soil nutrients in tea gardens, and low fertilization benefits in tea gardens. The key issue is whether farmers accept the tea garden soil testing formula, how much acceptance, and what factors are affected are still unclear, which cannot provide a basis for effective soil testing formula policy formulation. From the perspective of tea farmers, this study uses the theory of farmers’ behavior,cost-benefit theory and other related theories to construct a research model, takes the degree of acceptance of tea garden soil testing formula as the dependent variable, and combines previous literature research, expert opinions, and in-depth interviews with farmers. The 18 factor variables in 7 aspects of characteristics, policies and regulations, training demonstration, tea garden status, technical cognition, implementation ability, and risk perception are potential influencing factors of tea garden soil testing formula acceptance, that is,independent variables.Based on the questionnaire survey of 262 tea farmers in Anxi County, through the descriptive statistical analysis, reliability test analysis and model fitting test analysis of the questionnaire data, the multivariate ordered Logistic model is used to carry out empirical analysis of the survey data.To reveal the key influencing factors of farmers’ tea garden soil testing formula acceptance, and to provide countermeasures and suggestions for improving tea garden nutrient management efficiency and soil testing formula implementation. The results of the study show that tea farmers in Anxi County have serious labor loss among young and middle-aged tea farmers, insufficient understanding of soil testing formula technology, and deep-rooted concept of fertilization based on experience, which seriously restricts tea farmers’ acceptance of soil testing formula services. The empirical test and analysis of the survey results by the multivariate ordered Logistic model shows that: the four factors of policy usefulness, training times, ease of use,and implementation ability will increase the acceptance of tea garden soil testing formula by farmers(P<0.1),but age,Policy understanding channels, tea garden transportation, and family labor will hinder the acceptance of farmers’ tea garden soil testing formula(P<0.1).Based on the above research, five countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the acceptance of farmers’ tea garden soil testing formula:(1)Cultivate high-quality farmers and promote agricultural and forestry talents to return to their hometowns;(2)Strengthen green publicity and establish a compensation mechanism;(3)Strengthen skill training,Emphasis on demonstration and publicity;(4)Promote "small fields merged with large fields" to build high-standard tea gardens;(5)Simplify service processes and improve technical efficiency.
