Abstract/Summary:
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of aquaculture in Heilongjiang province,we should adjust the variety structure and mode of pond aquaculture in north China.Based on the environmental conditions of Lianhuan Lake in Duerbert County,Daqing City,Heilongjiang Province,the nutritional components of the muscles of macrobrachium nipponense,Caenorhabditis caenorhabditis and Prawn macrobrachius sinensis were analyzed and their nutritional values were evaluated.In this study,the gonadal development process of the small longbrachius sinensis was observed,and the hormone content of gonadal in different developmental stages was measured.The tolerance of high temperature,salinity,carbonate alkalinity and other adverse environmental factors was studied.This study provides theoretical support for artificial breeding of C.sinensis and the specific time of gonadal development and egg-holding reproduction.At the same time,it also provides strong data support for the breeding of C.sinensis in salt-alkali ponds in the alpine area of Heilongjiang Province,indicating that C.sinensis is a high-quality aquatic economic animal variety with high breeding potential.The results of this study have important demonstration and practical value for promoting the establishment and popularization of freshwater shrimp aquaculture model in high latitudes,improving the comprehensive utilization rate of saline-alkali land resources,and driving regional economic growth.The main contents of the research are as follows:1.The results showed that the ovary was shaped like "H",and ovarian development could be roughly divided into four stages.Comprehensive analysis,through the determination of progesterone hormone content to judge the gonad development period will be more accurate.2.The experimental results of environmental tolerance of P.chinensis showed that half death alkalinity and total death alkalinity were 24.3 mmol/L and 51 mmol/L respectively under alkalinity stress.Under salinity stress,the salinity of half death was8.5‰ and the alkalinity of all death was 14.4‰.Under high temperature stress,half of the subjects died at 38℃ and all died at 40℃.The results showed that at 12 h,24h,48 h,72h and 96 h,the semi-lethal alkalinity of P.chinensis and the safe concentration was 4.03mmol/L.3.The muscle nutrients of three indigenous shrimps of Lianhuan Lake in Heilongjiang Province were measured and analyzed,and the results showed that the crude protein,Seventeen kinds of amino acids were measured in the muscle protein of three kinds of shrimp,and the amino acid content in the three shrimps accounted for17.22%,14.76% and 14.51% of the fresh muscle samples,among which the essential amino acids(EAA)of Chinese gibbon accounted for the highest total amino acids,and the umami amino acids(DAA)of beautiful white shrimp accounted for the highest total amino acids.The essential amino acid index is 63.55%,67.46%,and70.39%,and the amino acid composition ratio is in line with WHO/FAO standards.The muscle amino acid score(AAS)of the three shrimps was greater than 0.62,and the chemical score(CS)was greater than 0.43.
