At present, aquaculture industry in China is developing rapidly.Intensive aquaculture pursues to reduce the cost of using plant protein instead of fish meal, which leads to the decline of growth performance and immune ability, disturbance of normal flora in animal intestine. In addition, the use of antibiotics caused by subsequent diseases needs a low-cost and effective solution. The addition of microecological agents in feed can improve the conversion rate of feed and enhance the ability to resist external diseases from the aspects of the immune system and intestinal flora. In this study, the effects of different microecological preparations on growth performance, immune function and intestinal health of Macrobrachium rosenbergii were studied by adding different functional additives to the low fishmeal feed of Macrobrachium rosenbergii. The main results are as follows:1.Effects of Bacillus coagulans and Chinese herbal medicine on growth performance, antioxidation and intestinal microflora of Macrobrachium rosenbergii in low fish meal dietIn this study, the effects of B.coagulans and rhubarb extract on the growth, antioxidation and intestinal microflora of M.rosenbergii were investigated by adding Bacillus coagulans and the mixture of B.coagulans and rhubarb extract with different concentration gradient on the basis of low fish meal diet,The best concentration ratio of Bacillus coagulans and rhubarb extract was explored. After 70 days of culture experiment, the results are as follows: adding B.coagulans and rhubarb extract to low fish meal diet can alleviate the decline of trypsin activity and growth caused by low fish meal, improve the antioxidant capacity and improve the microbial community structure. The results showed that the comprehensive effect was better when the concentrated cottonseed protein of Macrobrachium rosenbergii was added with 1000 mg/kg B.coagulans and 200 mg/kg rhubarb extract instead of 10% fish meal.2.Effects of Bacillus coagulans and Clostridium butyricum on growth performance, antioxidation and intestinal microflora of Macrobrachium rosenbergii in low fish meal dietIn this study, the effects of B.coagulans and C.butyricum on the growth, antioxidation and intestinal flora of M.rosenbergii were studied,The best concentration ratio of B.coagulans and C butyricum was explored. The results were as follows: the addition of B coagulans and C butyricum to low fish meal diet could alleviate the decrease of trypsin and lipase activities and growth induced by low fish meal, improve the antioxidant capacity, improve the microbial structure and repair the intestinal physical barrier. The results showed that the comprehensive effect was better when 1000 mg / kg Bs coagulans and 200 mg / kg C.butyricum were added after 10% fish meal was replaced by concentrated cottonseed protein of M.rosenbergii.3.Effects of Bacillus coagulans and Gln-Ala on growth performance, antioxidation and intestinal microflora of Macrobrachium rosenbergii in low fish meal dietIn this study, the effects of B coagulans and the mixture of B.coagulans and different concentrations of Gln-Ala on the growth, antioxidation and intestinal microflora of Macrobrachium rosenbergii were investigated,The best concentration ratio of B.coagulans and Gln-Ala was explored. The results were as follows: the addition of B.coagulans and Gln-Ala in low fish meal diet could alleviate the trypsin and lipase activities caused by low fish meal, and improve the antioxidant capacity.Appropriate addition could alleviate the decline of growth, improve the bacterial structure and repair the intestinal physical barrier. After replacing 10% fish meal with concentrated cottonseed protein of M.rosenbergii, adding 1000 mg / kg Bacillus coagulans and 50 mg / kg Gln-Ala,the comprehensive effect was better.4.Effects of low fish meal diet supplemented with compound additives on growth performance, antioxidation and intestinal flora of Macrobrachium rosenbergiiIn this study, the effects of compound additives on the growth, antioxidation and intestinal microflora of M rosenbergii were studied by adding Bacillus coagulans and the mixture of Bacillus coagulans with different concentrations of rhubarb extract,Clostridium butyricum and Gln-Ala on the basis of low fish meal diet,The best concentration ratio of different additives was explored. The results are as follows: adding compound additives to low fish meal diet can alleviate the growth decline caused by low fish meal. However, inappropriate concentration ratio may bring effect, which is not as effective as the use of additives alone. The best ratio of B.coagulans, rhubarb extract,C.butyricum and Gln-Ala is not the best combination of individual additives in each group, and the best ratio still needs to be further explored.
