Fertilization is one of the indispensable links in grape production management.In recent years,there have been problems in grape production such as unreasonable amount of potassium fertilizer and incorrect application period.It is necessary to determine the optimal fertilizer concentration and fertilizer application of potassium sulfate in grape production.The best fertilization period is to provide a scientific basis for the rational use of potassium sulfate in the future for promotion and application in production.Using’Cabernet Sauvignon’ and’Cabernet Franc’ as research materials,the effects of different potassium sulfate fertilizer concentrations and different potassium sulfate fertilizer dates on grapes were carried out at Sun City Manor in Shandong Rizhao,Longhu Winery in Penglai,Shandong and Zhongqing Turquoise Vineyard in Tai’an,Shandong.Quality impact test.Apply potassium sulfate fertilizer at different concentrations in the same period.Use’Cabernet Sauvignon’ and’Cabernet Franc’ as test materials to carry out fertilization treatment.The concentration is designed as clear water(CK),90g/plant,120g/plant,150g/plant,each The treatment was repeated 5 times;the same concentration of potassium sulfate fertilizer was applied in different periods,and the fertilization treatment was carried out before the color of the grapes turned.The concentration was 120g/plant.Starting from the first fertilization treatment,the treatment was performed every four days,and each treatment was repeated 5 times.After fertilization,by measuring the five-grain weight,vertical and horizontal diameter,hardness,soluble solids,color difference and photographing of the grapes,the effects of fertilization at different concentrations in the same period and fertilization at the same concentration in different periods on the quality of grapes were investigated.Finally,the comprehensive quality indicators were used to determine the maximum potassium sulfate.Best fertilization period and fertilization concentration.The results of the study are as follows:1.The effect of applying potassium sulfate at different concentrations in the same period on‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ and ‘Cabernet Franc’In terms of grape fruit coloring,fertilization promotes the early coloring of the fruit,and there are large differences between different regions,different fertilization concentrations,and different varieties.The fertilization effect of 120g/plant is better in Rizhao and Penglai regions.The concentration of 150g/plant is the best in Tai’an area.In terms of grape quality,as the grape fruit matures,the hardness of the grape decreases,and the soluble solids,the weight of the fruit,and the vertical and horizontal diameter of the fruit increase.Combining the four quality indicators,the performance of’Cabernet Franc’and’Cabernet Sauvignon’ grapes is different in the three regions.The comprehensive optimum fertilizer concentration of’Cabernet Franc’ in Rizhao Sun City Winery is120g/plant,and in Tai’an Zhongqing Pine The comprehensive optimum fertilization concentration of Shi Grape Estate and Penglai Longhu Winery is 90 g/plant;the comprehensive optimum fertilization concentration of "Cabernet Sauvignon" in Rizhao Sun City Winery is 120 g/plant,and it is comprehensive in Tai’an Zhongqing Songshi Grape Estate Winery.The optimal fertilization concentration is 150 g/plant,and the comprehensive optimal fertilization concentration in Penglai Longhu Winery is 90 g/plant.Different wineries have different comprehensive optimal fertilizer concentrations.2.The effect of applying potassium sulfate at the same concentration in different periods on’Cabernet Sauvignon’ and’Cabernet Franc’In terms of promoting the coloring of grape fruits,the first time to start coloring after fertilization is from July 24 to August 5,early in Rizhao and Tai’an,later in Penglai,and later in Rizhao than at the foot and top of the ·······mountain.Through the study of fruit coloring,it is hoped to provide a theoretical basis for the rational application of fertilizers in the three regions.Based on the four quality indicators,different wineries have different optimal fertilization periods.Most of the optimal fertilization periods are July 28,August 1,and August 5.In the Cabernet Franc,the best comprehensive fertilization date for the top of the Rizhao Sun City Winery’s Cabernet Franc is August 5,and the best comprehensive fertilization date for the Cabernet Franc at the foot of the mountainside is August 1;Penglai Longhu The best comprehensive fertilization date for the winery’s Cabernet Franc is August 5;the best comprehensive fertilization date for the Tai’an Zhongqing Turquoise Grape Estate’s Cabernet Franc is August 1.In the’Cabernet Sauvignon’,the best comprehensive fertilization date for the top of the Rizhao Sun City Winery’s Cabernet Sauvignon is August 1,and the best comprehensive fertilization date for the mountainside’Cabernet Sauvignon’ is August 5,at the foot of the mountain.The best comprehensive fertilization date for Cabernet Sauvignon is July 28;the best comprehensive fertilization date for Penglai Longhu Winery’s Cabernet Sauvignon is July 28;the best comprehensive fertilization date for “Cabernet Sauvignon” in Tai’an Zhongqing Turquoise Grape Estate The date is July 24,and different wineries have different comprehensive optimal fertilization periods.
