Research On The Internal Control Of A County Forestry Bureau

In recent years,due to the promotion of national policies,the government has been gradually transforming from a management type government to a service type government.The administrative efficiency and management level of our administrative institutions have been gradually improving.However,due to the influence of some environmental factors,some public officials have taken advantage of their positions to commit illegal behavior.At the same time,due to the lack of relevant articles of association for the management of administrative institutions,complex business processes,low administrative efficiency,resulting in the decline of government credibility,government prestige.However,the internal control of our administrative institutions started late,some regulations and systems are not perfect,but driven by the social and national levels,the internal control construction of our administrative institutions gets the attention of the unit leaders and workers.The establishment of a perfect internal control system can standardize the daily activities of each administrative institution,reduce the occurrence of fraud,and promote it to completely build a government for the people.In this regard,this paper chooses A County Forestry Bureau as A case study,focuses on analyzing the problems existing in the process of internal control construction,and puts forward suggestions to solve relevant problems,promote the development of internal control construction,and improve the administrative efficiency of A County forestry Bureau.Firstly,this paper introduces the related concepts and theories of administrative institutions,such as the concept of internal control of administrative institutions,principal-agent theory,national governance theory,etc.Secondly,it analyzes the basic status quo of Forestry Bureau of A County,including the basic status,organization setting and financial status quo within the bureau,and then analyzes the status quo of its internal control from the unit level,business level,evaluation and supervision level.Thirdly,through the interview survey,the author dug into some problems and reasons existing in the internal control construction of A County Forestry Bureau.Finally,according to the problems existing in the construction of internal control,the corresponding suggestions for the internal control of A County Forestry Bureau are put forward to better solve the problems existing in the construction of internal control of A County Forestry Bureau,and provide a certain reference for other administrative institutions to strengthen the construction of internal control.
