Research On The System Of Automatic Royal Jelly Cutting And Traceability

Royal jelly production relies on traditional manual pulping,with high labor intensity and low efficiency.At the same time,the quality of royal jelly on the market is difficult to detect,traceability system is not perfect.This paper studies the royal jelly mechanized automatic production system that is royal jelly automatic wax cutting and pulp digging system,analyzes the business logic of royal jelly blockchain traceability,and designs a royal jelly traceability platform based on Hyperledger Fabric.Specific research contents include:1 The hardware design of royal jelly automatic wax cutting and pulp digging system was completed.Aiming at the three processes of royal jelly production,the wax cutting mechanism,worm taking mechanism,pulp digging mechanism and roller of royal jelly platform were designed respectively.Selecting the system controller,cylinder,motor and sensor.2 Completing the royal jelly automatic control process and program design.Through the debugging experiment after the establishment of the system device and the control system,it takes about 30 seconds to complete the pulping of a single base bar under the continuous operation of the system,which is about 10 times higher than the manual pulping efficiency.3 A royal jelly traceability system based on Hyperledger Fabric blockchain was designed.The business logic requirements of royal jelly traceability system were analyzed,and the whole blockchain modeling of royal jelly traceability system was carried out according to the different division of labor of participants.Through blockchain technology,the circulation and sales information of royal jelly can be linked to track royal jelly information,ensure the integrity of royal jelly traceability information,and form a closed loop of royal jelly information traceability.Based on the open source framework of Hyperledger Fabric,through the analysis of royal jelly traceability business,writing the corresponding intelligent contract,completing the development of the back end,and designing a Web front end and back end interaction,the whole system visualization.The experimental results show that the system can realize automatic pulp digging,and the related blockchain traceability platform can realize royal jelly traceability.
