The combination of planting and breeding is a production mode that combines planting and breeding.The rational utilization of aquaculture waste enhances crop yield and quality,achieving the goal of increasing production and income.Jilin Da’an Muyuan Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Co.,Ltd.is located in Da’an City,Jilin Province,and is located in soda saline-alkali soil area.It produces a large amount of biogas slurry annually.The main problem solved in this study is how to apply biogas slurry and soil amendment to the production practice of rice in soda saline-alkali soil improvement,and explore a reasonable amendment and biogas slurry application scheme,which could not only improve the soil environment,but also reduce the application of chemical fertilizers.This article adopted field experimental methods and took soda saline alkali soil as the research object.Five different treatments were designed:CK(no biogas slurry treatment),biogas slurry treatment,biogas slurry and desulfurization gypsum treatment,biogas slurry and organic fertilizer treatment,biogas slurry and commercial conditioner treatment.Through two years of field experiment,the effects of different modifiers and biogas slurry on the physical and chemical properties of saline-alkali soil,rice growth,yield and rice quality were explored.The conclusions were as follows.The combined application of amendments and biogas slurry could effectively improve the related properties of soda saline-alkali soil.Compared with the treatment without biogas slurry,the other four treatments could improve the organic matter,available phosphorus,available potassium and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen contents,conductivity,total porosity,Ca+,Mg2+,K+,SO42-and other water-soluble ions,aggregate number and aggregate stability of saline-alkali soil.The soil p H,alkalinity,water-soluble salt content and water-soluble ions such as Na+,CL-,HCO3-were reduced.Among them,the combined application of desulfurized gypsum and biogas slurry had the best improvement effect.Compared with the treatment without biogas slurry,in the experiment from 2021 to 2022,the p H decreased by 11.74~12.93%,the organic matter content increased by 103.5~109.75%,the alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen content increased by92.6~104.01%,the available potassium content increased by 50.40~58.81%,the available phosphorus content increased by 33.67~48.70%,the cation exchange capacity increased by39.95~49.61%,the conductivity decreased by 40.48~56.41%,and the water-soluble salt content decreased by 48~50%.The alkalinity decreased by 7.9~11.26%,the soil bulk density decreased by 9.9~20.71%,the total porosity increased by 12.41~13.63%,the number of aggregates and the stability of aggregates were significantly improved.The content of Ca+increased by 40.74~61.54%,the content of Mg2+increased by 70.59~106.25%,the content of K+increased by 46.67~128.57%,the content of Na+decreased by 49.12~61.19%,the content of HCO3-decreased by 34.89~38.71%,and the content of CL-decreased by 31.03~32.43%.The content of SO42-increased by 13.75~27.89%.2.The combined application of different modifiers and biogas slurry could effectively improve the growth traits and yield of rice.During different growth stages such as pre tillering,mid tillering,late tillering,flowering,filling,and waxy ripening,the plant height and tiller number of rice were significantly improved compared with the treatment without biogas slurry.After harvesting rice,the thousand grain weight,effective panicles and yield of rice were also significantly improved.Among them,the treatment effect of desulfurization gypsum combined with biogas slurry was the best.In the experiment of 2021~2022,the 1000-grain weight of Haidao,Baijing No.1 and Ha 417 was the best in the treatment of desulfurization gypsum combined with biogas slurry.Compared with the treatment without biogas slurry,it increased by36.9~42.3%,34.82~37.06%and 30.19~31.51%respectively,and the rice yield increased by 113.4~115%,76.8~82.3%and 76.77~86.14%respectively.3.The combined application of different modifiers and biogas slurry can significantly improve the nutritional quality of rice,whole milled rice rate,brown rice rate,head rice rate and rice protein content.In the experiment from 2021 to 2022,the combined application of desulfurization gypsum and biogas slurry had the best effect on the protein content of rice in three varieties of Haidao,Baijing 1 and Ha 417.Compared with the treatment without biogas slurry,the protein content of rice increased by 27.91~28.56%,20.83~24.53%and 24.19~24.32%,respectively.For the head rice rate,the combined application of biogas slurry and organic fertilizer had a better effect on the three varieties.Compared with the treatment without biogas slurry,it increased by 7.2~12.73%,5.1~8.54%and 4.95~13.65%,respectively.In summary,the results of this experiment showed that the combined application of biogas slurry and amendments could effectively improve soil fertility,increase rice yield and quality in saline-alkali land,and provide a scientific theoretical basis for the improvement of saline-alkali land.
