In the black land area, the climate is cold and the efficiency of fertilizer utilization is low. Therefore, excessive fertilization or unreasonable fertilization in agricultural production causes the deterioration of physical and chemical properties of soil, the increase of production cost, the harm to human health and other practical problems, thus limiting the virtuous cycle of corn production and soil quality.Aiming at the above problems, this study conducted two years of field experiments in black soil area, and on the basis of exploring the appropriate dosage and application period of Ft microbial microbial agent, studied its effect of action in corn weight loss and efficiency improvement, with a view to clarifying the soil-crop system response to Ft microbial agent and providing reference for fertilizer reduction application technology. The main findings are as follows:The application of Ft microbial fertilizers significantly increased soil microbial biomass C,N content and available nutrients.Compared with single chemical fertilizer treatment, the reduction of chemical fertilizer combined with Ft microbial fertilizers also significantly increased these indicators, which could increase soil organic matter content but did not reach a significant level. In the first year of the experiment, the effect of applying 20 kg/hm~2Ft microbial fertilizers before seedling was the best.In the second year, the experimental design was carried out according to the experimental results of the first year. The results showed that the effect of applying 20 kg/hm~2concentration of bacterial agent combined with full amount of chemical fertilizer before seedling was the best. The soil enzyme activity was significantly affected by the concentration of the fertilizers and the amount of fertilizer. The application of the fertilizers and the treatment of reducing10%~20%of the fertilizer could significantly increase the activity of the three soil enzymes. In the first year of the experiment, the application of 20 kg/hm~2concentration of Ft microbial fertilizers before seedling had the best effect on the improvement of enzyme activity. In the second year of the experiment, the treatment of 10%weight loss with microbial fertilizers had the best effect, and the treatment of 10%weight loss without microbial agent had the best effect.Ft microbial fertilizers significantly increased the plant height of maize plants, while the stem diameter and SPAD value were significantly increased when the concentration of microbial fertilizers reached 15~20 kg/hm~2,and too low concentration of microbial fertilizers could not achieve better results. The effect of applying 20 kg/hm~2fertilizers before seedling was the best.Ft microbial fertilizers has a significant effect on increasing corn yield. In the first year of the experiment, the yield and economic benefits of maize increased with the increase of the concentration of the fertilizers, and the yield, net income and production ratio were the highest in the treatment of 20 kg/hm~2concentration before seedling. In the second year of the experiment, the yield decreased with the decrease of fertilizer application rate. The highest yield was the treatment of total fertilizer combined with microbial fertilizers, but the highest net income and production ratio was the treatment of 20%fertilizer reduction combined with microbial fertilizers. In conclusion, applying 20 kg/hm~2microbial agent before seedling has the best effect on maize yield increase and soil improvement;According to the results of principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation, reducing the application of chemical fertilizer combined with Ft microbial agent can reduce the weight and increase the yield of corn production, among which reducing the weight by 20%combined with 20 kg/hm~2Ft microbial agent has the best effect. This fertilizer application amount can provide reliable data reference for farmers’ corn production.
