For large areas planted with corn and soybeans,irrigation plays an important role in ensuring crop yield.Sprinkler irrigation is one of the main irrigation methods in our country.In some large fields,most crops are irrigated by sprinkler irrigation.As an important equipment of sprinkling irrigation,the reeling-disc sprinkler has the advantages of simple operation,strong adaptability and convenient maneuvering.In the 1970 s of last century,the production and use of reeling-disc sprinkler in foreign countries began.The development of the reeling-disc sprinkler in our country was slightly backward.The reel sprinkler is composed of a reel car storing water pipes and a sprinkler car connecting water pipes.When irrigation is carried out,the sprinkler car needs to be pulled to pull the sprinkler car to a suitable position in the field for irrigation.At present,the traction of sprinkler car mainly depends on the tractor,but it is easy to damage crops when the tractor is driving,and the chassis height and wheel pitch of ordinary tractor are difficult to adjust,unable to adapt to the agronomic requirements of a variety of crops and the traction operation of high rod crops in the middle and late stage,so it is necessary to design a self-propelled sprinkler tractor with adjustable chassis height and adjustable wheel pitch.Pull the sprinkler car of the reel type sprinkler.By studying the planting mode of corn and soybean,a reel-type sprinkler head tractor is designed according to its agronomic requirements and growth height.The sprinkler head tractor can realize the adjustment of chassis height,and has good passability in the early and middle growth period of corn and the early and middle and late period of soybean irrigation,and also has the function of wheel pitch adjustment.It can adapt to the traction operation of soybean and corn planted at different ridge spacing,and improve the working efficiency of tractor in irrigation period.Specific research work includes the following aspects:The research status of reel sprinkler and its head traction device at home and abroad was analyzed,and the planting mode of Chinese corn and soybean was reviewed and analyzed.The design scheme of tractor was determined according to the planting distance of corn and soybean and the height of plants in different periods,and three-dimensional modeling of the tractor with the head of reel sprinkler was carried out with Inventor software.This paper analyzes and studies the hydraulic system of chassis height adjustment and wheel pitch adjustment of tractor with reel sprinkler head,designs a reasonable hydraulic system,calculates and selects the hydraulic components,and simulates the designed hydraulic system with Amesim software.The results show that the designed hydraulic system meets the working requirements of tractor.Ansys software is used to simulate and analyze the chassis frame and traction assembly of the tractor with reel sprinkler head.The static structure module of the software is used to simulate the influence of the load on the frame and traction components,and the total deformation,equivalent stress and equivalent strain of the frame and traction components are analyzed.According to the obtained cloud image compared with the selected material parameters,the designed frame and traction components are suitable for the load condition and meet the design requirements.The stability and accessibility of the tractor with the sprinkler head of the roll-type sprinkler were analyzed.According to the calculation results,the transverse stability of the tractor was determined to be the worst when the wheel pitch was the narrowest and the chassis was the highest.Adams software was used to analyze the transverse stability of the tractor under this condition,and the slope turning platform with the Angle increasing gradually from 0° was established.The slope of different angles encountered by the tractor in real operation is simulated.The results show that the tractor tilts when the tilting platform is flipped to 36.6°,and the ultimate lateral tilting Angle of the tractor is 36.6°.Through the design and simulation analysis,the hydraulic system of the tractor with reel sprinkler head runs stably,the chassis height and wheel pitch are adjustable,the mechanical structure of the tractor meets the load conditions,and the lateral stability is good in the land with slope of 36.6°. |
