| Taking 4-year-old Asarum sibiricum as the experimental material,field experiments were conducted,and no fertilization was used as the control.Three kinds of organic fertilizers(pig manure,deer manure,chicken manure)were selected,and four matching levels(25%,40%,55%,70%)were set respectively.The effects of different types of organic fertilizers and chemical fertilizers on soil fertility,growth,physiology,nutrient absorption,secondary metabolite synthase activity and effective component content of Asarum sibiricum were discussed under different matching,It is of great significance to comprehensively select the optimal ratio and provide theoretical basis for rational fertilization of North Asarum,as well as scientific basis for the development of green and efficient cultivation,and to achieve efficient ecological planting of North Asarum.The main research findings are as follows:(1)Different fertilization ratios can improve soil physical and chemical properties,enhance soil fertility in the experimental site,and significantly increase soil p H,alkaline hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,and organic matter in the treatment of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer combination.At the same time,it enhances the activity of soil urease,sucrase,phosphatase,and catalase.(2)Different fertilization ratios can meet the nutritional absorption needs of the aboveground and root systems of Asarum officinale at different stages.Under different ratios of the same type of organic fertilizer,the difference in total nitrogen content is relatively small.Different types of organic fertilizers have a significant impact on the total nitrogen content of plants,with aboveground total nitrogen content higher than root total nitrogen content;The total phosphorus content in the root system is higher than that in the aboveground part;The increase in total potassium content in the root system of North Asarum is not significant,and the total potassium content in the aboveground is higher than that in the root system.The combination of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer is more conducive to the absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium by the aboveground and root systems than the single application of chemical fertilizer.The combination of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer is more efficient than the single application of chemical fertilizer.(3)Different fertilization ratios can improve the specific leaf weight,stress resistance,and secondary metabolic ability of Asarum plants.The application of organic fertilizer significantly increased the activity of leaf protective enzymes SOD,POD,and CAT,as well as the specific leaf weight and photosynthetic pigment content,effectively reducing the damage of malondialdehyde content to plants and significantly increasing the activity of secondary metabolite synthase PAL,C4 H,and 4CL.(4)Different fertilization ratios can improve the agronomic traits of Asarum officinale,and suitable ratios can promote plant growth and increase its effective component content.At different growth stages,the medium to high ratio(40%,55%)can significantly increase the fiber root length,fiber root diameter,plant height,petiole diameter,dry weight,fresh weight and other indicators of the plant,and increase the content of alcohol soluble extracts,volatile oil,and asarone. |
