With the advent of the fourth digital industrial revolution,the emergence of digital twin technology has brought a whole new experience and momentum to all industries.The rapid development of Internet,big data and Io T technologies has led various industries to integrate digital twin technology into their own fields to meet the growing demand.In this paper,based on digital twin technology and the actual development of pig farming industry,we propose the theory of applying digital twin technology in farming industry,build a pig house environment monitoring system based on digital twin technology,and construct the initial body of digital twin pig house.The C/S two-layer architecture of Uinty3 D engine is adopted,and the server side uses My SQL database to store data such as pig barn environment parameters,etc.By editing C# script to call the API interface of the back-end of the system,the My SQL database is connected to realize the virtual-real mapping and display of Unity3 D and data,and the virtual-real interaction scene of 3D pig barn is constructed.Firstly,the five-dimensional model of digital twin technology application development and its technical theory were studied,based on which,the value connotation and logical model of digital twin technology application in pig breeding industry were proposed.Secondly,based on the analysis of system performance requirements,a three-layer architecture of pig house entity layer,sensing control layer and intelligent application layer was designed,targeting the system business process and database storage.The overall scheme design of the system was completed,and the process of modeling 3D pig house scenes was explained,and 3D pig house virtual scenes were constructed based on Uinty3 D rendering engine.After the UI design and interface design of the system monitoring interface were completed,the front-end interface and back-end data were tuned and tested.Finally,the testing test of the system was carried out.The results show that the system functions of real-time monitoring,remote access,data storage,exceedance warning and virtual roaming are running normally,which can provide effective data for studying the change pattern of environmental factors in the pig house,and the saved historical environmental data of the pig house has certain reference value for the research and analysis of professional institutions. |
