As a high-quality tree species for wind prevention and sand fixation,Salix psammophila plays an important role in achieving wind and sand reduction,desertification reversal,and ecological balance restoration in the Yulin sandy area,and has made significant contributions to desertification control work in China.In recent years,with the improvement of living standards,traditional utilization methods of Salix psammophila have been unable to meet the development needs of the people in the desert area.It is particularly important to maximize the economic value of Salix psammophila,stimulate the enthusiasm of the people in the desert area to manage and protect Salix psammophila,and achieve comprehensive and efficient utilization of Salix psammophila on the basis of balancing ecological,social,and economic benefits and coordinated development.This study determined the experimental variety and formula by introducing Lentinula edodes strains of different temperature types and determining the basic nutritional composition of sawdust materials.Through cultivation experiments,a comprehensive evaluation was conducted on the performance of each experimental combination to select suitable formulas and varieties for cultivating Lentinula edodes using Salix psammophila.By measuring the changes in nutrient content of the substrate,explore the factors that affect the growth rate of mycelium.Based on the appropriate formula and variety obtained from cultivation experiments,and by summarizing the cultivation process and precautions,a technical standard for the production and management of Lentinula edodes cultivation using Salix psammophila has been formed,providing technical reference for the use of Salix psammophila in Yulin sandy areas.The main research findings are as follows:1.Determination of sawdust components and preliminary screening of strains.The crude fiber,crude protein,lignin,cellulose,hemicellulose and other basic nutrients of Salix psammophila and apple sawdust were determined respectively.The results showed that except for lignin content slightly lower than that of apple sawdust,the content of other nutrients in willow sawdust was higher than that of apple sawdust or there was no significant difference,indicating that willow sawdust can be used as a replacement for apple sawdust as a cultivation substrate for Lentinula edodes.Expand the mother strain and prepare the original strain of 12 different introduced strains of Lentinula edodes,and record the growth status and pollution quantity of the mycelium,respectively.The results showed that the four varieties "Jixiang 1","983","Shenxiang 18",and "L808-2" performed poorly,so the remaining eight varieties were selected as the test strains for cultivation experiments.2.Research on the Formula and Variety of Lentinula edodes cultivation using Salix psammophila.Through cultivation experiments,the growth status of mycelium,yield of fruiting bodies,agronomic traits of fruiting bodies,nutritional components of fruiting bodies,and heavy metal content of each experimental group were studied.The performance of each experimental group was comprehensively evaluated using grey correlation analysis method.The results showed that formula B had the highest comprehensive score and performed better compared to other formulas.Therefore,it was determined that "40% Salix psammophila sawdust+38% apple sawdust" was the suitable formula for cultivating Lentinus edodes using Salix psammophila.At the same time,the best performing varieties in formula B,"Shenxiang215" and "Lingxian 1",were selected as the suitable varieties for cultivating Lentinus edodes using Salix psammophila.3.The effect of substrate nutrients on mycelial growth rate.By analyzing the correlation between the content and consumption of nutrients in each formula matrix and the growth rate of mycelium,the relationship between various nutrients and the growth rate of mycelium is explored.The results indicate that the main factors affecting the growth rate of mycelium are cellulose,fat,and lignin.When the content of cellulose is high and the content of lignin is low,the mycelium will increase the utilization of cellulose and reduce the utilization of lignin.When the content of other components remains consistent,when the cellulose content is>25.34%,the lignin content is<21.51%,the mycelial growth rate is affected and begins to significantly decrease.4.Technical specifications for the production and management of Lentinula edodes cultivated using Salix psammophila.Based on the suitable formula and variety selected from cultivation experiments,summarize the cultivation process and precautions,and combine the characteristics of Lentinula edodes cultivation technology in Shaanxi Province to form technical specifications for the production and management of Lentinula edodes cultivation using Salix psammophila.This standard provides a comprehensive and clear explanation of the selection of cultivation facilities,variety selection,seasonal arrangement,formula selection,mushroom rod production,mushroom rod cultivation,mushroom production management,and harvesting management,which can provide a certain reference for the cultivation of Lentinula edodes using Salix psammophila in the Yulin sandy area.
