Wind and sand fixation is desert area railway construction and safe operation and development of desert area solar energy wind energy and other clean energy faced by the thorny engineering and technical problems,wind and sand fixation according to the principle of different treatment is mainly divided into chemical sand fixation,biological sand control and mechanical sand control,because mechanical sand control has the characteristics of fast effect,strong applicability,etc.,is widely used on both sides of desert railway and highway and around desert solar energy wind power stations.At present,the reed grass square mainly adopts traditional manual laying,which has problems such as low production efficiency and laying quality that cannot meet the construction requirementsIn view of the above problems,this thesis analyzes the process flow and laying technical requirements of traditional manual laying of reed grass squares,combines the material characteristics of sand and reed straw,puts forward a mechanical laying principle of reed grass square for ditching,paving,straightening and mulching,designs a small laying device of reed grass square,determines the structure and parameters of key components,completes the trial production of ditching conveying parts and straightening soil covering parts,verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the laying device,and realizes the mechanized reed grass square laying.The research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Analysis and determination of the characteristics of sand ditching reflux materials and the characteristics of mechanical laying reed straw materials.Field investigation of reed grass grid laying conditions and material sampling,measured particle density,particle size and accumulation angle and other intrinsic parameters of sand,used EDEM to calibrate the parameters of the discrete element model of sand particles,and established a discrete element model of sand,because reed straw is different from other grass lattice raw materials such as straw and wheat straw,the distribution law of the center of gravity of reed straw and the posture of reed straw laying after ditching were experimentally studied.(2)Process analysis and overall scheme design of mechanized laying of reed grass square.Clarify the laying requirements and construction technical requirements of the reed grass square,analyze the laying process of artificial reed grass square,determine the laying process of mechanized grass grid with ditching conveying and straightening overcover,analyze the ditching and conveying process and straightening soil covering process and design requirements of mechanical laying reed grass square.(3)Design and motion simulation test of trenching and conveying part of grass net laying device.Aiming at the phenomenon that sand reflux affects the depth of trenching and the posture of reed straw laying during the laying of reed grass grid,a sand return model is established,the design scheme and workflow of the trenching and conveying part are clarified,the soil throwing movement of the trenching device during the trenching process is analyzed,the structural parameters of the main trenching device affecting the reflow of the trenching are determined,and the motion simulation test of the trenching process is carried out by EDEM to determine the optimal structural parameters of the trenching conveyor device.(4)Grass grid laying device,straightening parts component design and motion analysis.Aiming at the difficulty of collaborative operation between reed straw straightening and sand covering during the laying process of reed grass checker,the trajectory model of reed straw in the process of straightening and covering soil was established,the design scheme and working process of straightening and overlying parts were clarified,and the motion analysis and parameter design of reed straightening sand covering operation process were carried out for straightening and overlying parts,analyze the cooperative motion relationship between ditching and conveying parts and straightening soil covering parts,and design the overall structure of the whole machine of ditching-straightening reed grass square laying device.(5)Experimental study on the performance of reed grass checkered laying device.The performance test results of trenching conveying parts showed that the lateral dumping distance was 204 mm,the length of the ditching side was 243 mm,the ditching depth was 132 mm,and the stability coefficient of the ditching depth was 95.16%,which met the requirements of the ditching process of reed straw conveying,and the performance test results showed that the average length of bare leakage length of reed straw was316 mm,the pass rate was 96.7%,the average laying depth was 118 mm,the pass rate was 95.4%,the average reed laying density was 12.2 g/mm2,and the pass rate was 95.5%;The overall pass rate was 87.6%.The test results show that the ditching-straightening small laying device can complete the laying of reed grass squares. |
