| The paper takes Z Feed Enterprise as the research object.Z feed Enterprise is an international group company headquartered in Denmark,mainly engaged in the research,development and production of high-end cold-water fish feed.Z Feed enterprise,officially opened at the end of 2017,is a highly automated production enterprise,mainly targeting at the Chinese and Southeast Asian markets.As the enterprise is in the initial stage,the staff’s awareness of cost control is generally not high,many process and standardized management measures have not been fully established.Enterprises in the production costs and expenses there are waste and imperfect places need to improve.In line with establishing reasonable modern enterprise cost control management philosophy for enterprises,this paper mainly takes budget control and target cost control as theoretical guidance,combines with the actual situation of enterprises themselves,and conducts a comprehensive comparative analysis with the industry leader enterprises in terms of costs and expenses.Through comparative analysis,the gap and improvement points of Z feed enterprise in cost and expense were found out,the cost and expense control targets were calculated.On this basis set up the framework system of cost and cost control and specific implementation measures.Combined with the theoretical guidance of budget control and target cost control,Z feed enterprise mainly carries out management control from raw material cost,manufacturing cost and sales cost.Use theory to guide practical work,find the root of the problem from practice,and then look for solutions.In accordance with the established management and control objectives,the company has also achieved the established target values in raw material costs and sales expenses,and the level of manufacturing expenses has also been greatly improved.The target operating profit margin set by the enterprise was overfulfilled.It has realized the original intention of cost control and the sustainable development of the enterprise. |
