Study On Benefit Evaluation And Improvement Of Rice-shrimp Integrated Cultivation Model In Anhui Province

Anhui Province is located between the Yangtze River and the Huaihe River in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Plain.It has fertile soil and rich cultivated land resources.It is estimated that the area of paddy fields(rice and upland rice)has reached 1.86 million hectares.In recent years,on the premise of ensuring the effective supply of grain,Anhui Province has explored and summarized the rice and shrimp cultivation mode with regional characteristics and resource endowment,and formed the cultivation technology mode suitable for the promotion and development of Anhui,such as the "three-flow mode" in Huoqiu County,through innovative research and technological breakthroughs,which provides an effective way to improve farmers’ income.It is an important starting point for our province to promote the "two strong and one increase" in agriculture and realize the high quality development of agriculture.But for a long time,under the influence of low cultivation concept and popularization rate of technology,the comprehensive cultivation of rice and shrimp in our province is still in the initial stage and is exploring a high-quality development path.Through literature review,field investigation,participating in exchange seminars,and issuing effective questionnaires,the cost and benefits of four major rice and shrimp farming modes in Anhui Province were compared by cost-benefit method,and the ecological and social benefits of rice and shrimp farming areas were analyzed.At the same time,AHP was used to study and analyze the economic benefit index,technical feasibility index and environmental benefit index of the cultivation mode,and it was concluded that the technical maturity,technological level and quality of crayfish seedlings had significant influence.Through the analysis,it is found that there are the following problems in the integrated planting industry of rice and shrimp in our province: there are big differences in agricultural support policies,the industrial chain starts late,the development of secondary and tertiary production lags behind,the coverage rate of new technology model is not high enough,and the market share of rice and shrimp brand is low.In view of these problems,combined with the conclusion of data analysis and the thinking of industry practitioners on the future development,this paper puts forward the following development suggestions: That is,increase government(national,provincial)policy support,plan industrial clusters and demonstration areas for centralized and coordinated development,deeply integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,use new media,rely on promotion system to increase the penetration rate of technology,publicize and cultivate rice and shrimp characteristic brands,etc.
