The quality of seeds is very important for the yield and quality of crops.Reduction in seed quality could cause the reduction of seed germination rate,irregular emergence,serious disease,slow growth and other phenomena,causing economic losses to agricultural production.At present,seed pretreatment technology is commonly used to improve the quality of seed population or improve seed germination characteristics.Tomato seeds can be affected by external environmental factors in the production,storage,transportation and other links,resulting in the reduction of germination rate,germination potential and other seed vitality indicators,resulting in production waste.But most of the current forming technologies and products are mainly aimed at food crops,There is little research on dedicated pretreatment techniques for tomato or vegetable seeds,Therefore,the tomato seed Dongnong 722 was used as the test material to select out the best classification conditions by grading the seeds with salt solution and air selection;Using plant immune agents(atin,Victoria,intelligent),amino acids(valine,proline,aspartate),plant growth regulatorhormone(agonist,butyl)to trigger the seeds and analyze the physiological and biochemical changes of the seeds after treatment,then,screen out the best initiating substances and triggering conditions;and combined initiator substances with disease-resistant seed coating agents to explore the improvement effect of the initiator substances on the seed-coating agent,and then to obtain the multi-functional seed coating agent formula prototype,laying the foundation for the establishment of pretreatment techniques of tomato seeds suitable for production applications.The specific test results are shown as follows:1.Tomato seeds were graded with salt solution,and the results show that the graded treatment of 10% calcium nitrate solution and 5% potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution had the best effect,and the graded wind speed of 5.4 m/s had the best effect.2.The tomato seeds,the results showed that each initiation treatment can improve the seed vitality to different degrees,the best treatment conditions are atine 900 mg/L,VDAL900 mg/L,intelligent 1000 ng/L,valine 400 mg/L,proline 400 mg/L,aspartate 400 mg/L,agonist 4 mg/L,butyrate 10 mg/L.3.Through the treatment of tomato seeds,the results showed that the optimal treatment condition was 900 mg/L + aspartate 400 mg/L,and the indexes of the recombination results were higher than those of the control and other treatments.4.Analysis of the physiological and biochemical indicators of tomato seeds after different substances,the results showed that the soluble sugar content of agonisin and butyrate was increased most significantly,and agonin treatment could promote the improvement of soluble protein content in seeds.The content of malondialdehyde decreased with the strengthening of related physiological functions,and the MDA of plant immune agents(Victoria,Ain,Intelligent)decreased significantly.Except for valine treatment and compound treatment,the SOD activity of the other treated seeds was improved,and the dimension increased most significantly.Except for agonist treatment,POD activity was increased in the remaining seeds,with the most significant increase in proline.All nine treatments promoted the improved activity of seed CAT.5.Through the analysis of the disease of coating agent inhibition effect,the results found that a single clothing agent and cause material coating agent formula can be different degree of inhibition of tomato blight,tomato gray mold,tomato early disease physiological species growth,indicating that coating agent for tomato blight,tomato blight,tomato early disease had a good control effect,at the same time add cause substances on antibacterial effect had no significant effect.6.Through the seed coating and germination test,the results showed that the seed vitality was improved to different degrees after the formula seed coating,and the seed coating agent formula 8(seed coating agent 22 ml + 15 ml + aspartate 15ml)was the most significant,and did not affect the antibacterial effect,which was the best seed coating treatment formula. |
