| Potato is an important food crop and an important processing raw material.With the increasing demand for potato processing products,the promotion of high-quality processing potato is particularly critical.Yulin area is a high-yield potato area in China.The regional advantages of sufficient sunshine and long growth period can give full play to the production potential of high-quality processed potato varieties and enhance the industrial value of potato processing.As a new processing potato variety with high yield and high quality,the suitable cultivation methods of Dongnong 310 in Yulin area need to be further explored.Taking Dongnong 310 as the material,the effects of nitrogen fertilizer and planting density on yield and quality were studied.Three nitrogen application levels(pure nitrogen application 18.75 kg/667m~2、21.75 kg/667m~2、24.75 kg/667m~2)and three density levels(3709/667m~2、2967/667m~2、2473/667m~2)were designed and three groups of experiments were arranged.The field growth indexes of multiple periods during the growth period were investigated,and the yield and some quality after harvest were determined.The research results can provide basic data and planting reference for the localization of cultivation techniques,cost saving and efficiency increasing,and green production of this variety.The main results are as follows:(1)The plant height,number of compound leaves per plant,canopy coverage,number of tubers per plant and yield per plant of Dongnong 310 were significantly affected by nitrogen application rate.The plant height,number of compound leaves per plant and canopy coverage of N1 treatment were significantly lower than those of N2 and N3 treatments,and the trend of tuber number per plant and yield per plant was opposite.There was no significant difference between N2and N3 treatments.Among the yield indexes,the average single tuber weight,average large tuber weight,large tuber rate,large tuber yield and total yield showed N1>N2>N3,and the number of tubers per plant was not significantly affected by nitrogen application.Among the quality indexes,the tuber starch content,dry matter content and qualified rate of fried sticks under N1 treatment were significantly higher than those under N2 and N3 treatments.The reducing sugar content of tubers under N1 treatment was significantly higher than that under N3 treatment,and the color index of fried strips was opposite.The Vc content of tuber was not significantly affected by nitrogen application.(2)The tuber number per plant and yield per plant of Dongnong 310 were significantly affected by planting density.The tuber number per plant of D3 and D2 was significantly higher than that of D1,and there was no significant difference between D2 and D3.The yield per plant was D3>D2>D1.Among the yield indexes,the number of tubers per plant and single tuber weight under D3 treatment were the highest,which were 10.9 and 132.62 g,respectively,and were significantly different from those under D2 and D3 treatments.The total yield was 3574.96 kg/667m2,and there was no significant difference between D2 and D3 treatments.The quality index was not significantly affected by planting density.Under the conditions of this experiment,the yield per plant of Dongnong 310 under D3 treatment was the highest,and a higher total yield could be obtained.(3)The canopy coverage of Dongnong 310 was significantly affected by the interaction of nitrogen application and density from squaring to ridge closure.With the increase of nitrogen application rate and planting density,the canopy coverage of the plot increased significantly.Among the yield indexes,under the same planting density,the number of tubers per plant,single tuber weight and total yield under N1 treatment were significantly higher than those under N2 and N3 treatments,and the indexes under N1D3 treatment were the highest,which were 11.80,128.12g and 3738.67 kg/667m2,respectively.Under N2 and N3 treatments,the total yield decreased further with the decrease of planting density.The quality index was not significantly affected by the interaction between nitrogen application rate and density.Under the conditions of this experiment,the yield per plant and total yield of Dongnong 310 under N1D3 treatment were the highest. |
