Research On The Cultivation Of Undergraduate Talents For Agriculture And Forestry Economics And Management Under The Background Of New Agricultural Science

In recent years,the great changes of agricultural industry structure,agricultural development mode and agricultural rural development have put forward urgent demand for the reform of higher agriculture and forestry education.With the progress of new agricultural science construction,the training of composite applied talents with multi-disciplinary knowledge background and many abilities has become the focus of colleges and universities.The talent training program is an important way for the school to carry out the national educational policy and the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and cultivating people.It is also a programed document for the school to carry out the talent training work and reform the talent training mode.In order to promote the training of new talents in colleges and universities,this study takes the talent training program as the entry point,takes the OBE concept,the theory of all-round human development and the development of core literacy of Chinese students as the theoretical basis,and comprehensively uses the desk research method,literature research method and text analysis method to carry out the research.Using the text assisted mining tool NVivo11,the text information related to the training objectives,training requirements,curriculum Settings,assessment and evaluation of the undergraduate talents training program of agriculture and forestry economics and management in 21 agricultural and forestry universities were analyzed by coding statistics and content.Through the analysis,it is found that there are some problems in the cultivation program of agricultural and forestry economic management undergraduate talents,such as the convergence of training objectives,the lack of training requirements,the lack of characteristic courses,the single way of assessment and evaluation.Through in-depth analysis of the above problems,combined with the four departments of the General Office of the Ministry of Education "Opinions on Accelerating the construction of new agricultural Science and Promoting the Innovation and Development of higher agriculture and forestry education",put forward feasible optimization suggestions for the undergraduate talent training program of agriculture and forestry economic management major,including: pay attention to the revision of talent training program,precise positioning of talent training objectives;Optimize the structure of training requirements and refine the content of quality requirements;Perfect the curriculum structure,improve the practice teaching system;Optimize the talent evaluation system,perfect the teaching quality evaluation mechanism.
