Study On Cost Improvement Of Pig Breeding Project In B Company

At present,our country’s pig breeding is in the early stage of the large-scale process,master feed substitution resistance scheme and excellent breeding technology,can be underestimated in the industry to break even,harvest profits in the boom period of the industry.With the fluctuation of profit and loss cycle,how to do project cost management well becomes the first problem that enterprises pay attention to.In this paper,B Company pig breeding project as a specific object of study,in view of the project cost management problems and causes for analsyis,first of all,the status of research a home and abroad,make clear the main contents and methods of the study,and then analyze the main problems of cost management in the pig breeding project,it is found that there are some problems,such as not paying attention to cost planning,not standard cost accounting,imperfect cost control system and poor cost control effect,etc.,it is concluded that the lack of awareness of asset management,more external risks,low level of information,cultural concept of the lack of awareness of the consequences.To this end,the article in a clear goal and principles of improvement,in the light of the problems existing in the current work,this paper-clarifies the cost improvement scheme from four aspects of doing well the cost planning,standardizing the cost accounting,perfecting the cost control system,and taking various measures to reduce the breeding cost,and in the strengthening of capital management,risk identification,standardized assessment system,strengthen management information,to cultivate excellent corporate culture and so on.Through this study,not only can effectively improve the B company in the cost management level of pig breeding projects,but also for similar domestic breeding companies to provide some reference and reference.
