| It is of great significance for farmers to practice chemical fertilizer reduction and application to achieve green agriculture.Under the background of the rapid transfer of rural labor and the rapid transformation of production and operation methods,agricultural socialization services have not only changed the operation mode of farmers,but also brought changes to agricultural production input and output.Agricultural socialization services can not only effectively make up for the lack of quantity and quality of household labor,but also achieve the purpose of reducing the application of chemical fertilizers through the reduction of the total amount of chemical fertilizers,thereby alleviating the negative externalities in the agroecological field caused by the long-term excessive application of chemical fertilizers.Firstly,the relevant concepts are defined,and a theoretical analysis framework is constructed for this paper based on the theory of agricultural socialized service,the theory of farm household behavior,the theory of social embedding,the theory of economies of scale and the theory of agricultural ecological efficiency.Secondly,when introducing the current situation of agricultural socialization services in Wuwei City,according to the availability of data and the characteristics of the development of agricultural socialization services in Wuwei City,the agricultural socialization services in Wuwei City were evaluated from the aspects of public services,production services,scientific and technological information services,financial circulation services,sales services,and organization and public service levels,and the entropy weight TOPSIS method was used to determine the weight of the relevant indicators of agricultural socialization services in Wuwei City,and then the data indicators of the relevant index system were processed by using extreme standardization.The comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the development level of agricultural socialization services in Wuwei City,and the development status and trend of agricultural socialization services in Wuwei City were systematically analyzed.After completing the evaluation of the development level of agricultural socialization services in Wuwei City,according to the actual situation of Wuwei City and the availability of data,a relevant panel regression model was constructed,and the impact of agricultural socialization services on the reduction of chemical fertilizer use in Wuwei City was empirically analyzed based on the panel data of four counties(districts)in Wuwei City from 2011 to 2020.The use of chemical fertilizer reduction was selected as the explanatory variable,and agricultural socialization service,public service,production service,science and technology,financial circulation service,post-production sales service and agricultural machinery training service were selected as the core explanatory variables.In addition,variable control variables such as per capita arable land area,farmers’ income,urbanization level,agricultural planting structure,industrialization level,and financial support level have been added.Finally,the impact of agricultural socialization services on the reduction and use of chemical fertilizers in Wuwei City is empirically analyzed,and the model results are tested to ensure the accuracy of the results.The results show that the variables such as socialized service level,public service level,production service level,science and technology,financial service level,post-production sales service level,and agricultural machinery training service level have significant positive effects on the reduction and use of chemical fertilizers in Wuwei City,and have passed the significance test of 1%.From the test results,the level of agricultural socialization service in Wuwei City still has a significant role in reducing the amount of chemical fertilizer.Public services,production services,science and technology,financial circulation services,post-production sales services and agricultural machinery training services also have a significant pulling effect on reducing the amount of fertilizer.In view of this,it is proposed to cultivate an agricultural socialized service market and encourage farmers to participate in the division of labor and cooperation through service outsourcing.Continue to optimize the allocation of factors for farmers,and improve the support policies for fertilizer reduction according to local conditions;Finally,strengthen the construction of public facilities,vigorously guide capital to the countryside and other policy recommendations.This study provides a decision-making reference for agricultural socialization services to reduce the application of chemical fertilizers in the three agricultural fields. |
