| Wheat is an important food crop in China and plays an important role in the development of the national economy.Weeds are the most threatening harmful plants in wheat fields,seriously affecting the yield and quality of wheat.In order to protect crops from the harm of weeds,chemical herbicides are widely used,but the problems that come with them are also constantly emerging.The large-scale use of pesticides poses a huge threat to human life and health,and has triggered a series of environmental degradation problems.In order to significantly reduce the use of herbicides,conducting analysis and research on wheat field weeding machinery is of great significance for promoting the green and healthy development of agriculture in China.This article designs an intelligent biomimetic weeding machine that can be used for weeding wheat fields.Apply bionics elements(chlamys farreri flap)to the weeding wheel,so that the blade of the weeding wheel has the effect of desorption and drag reduction;The designed end effector,the weeding mechanical claw,can be used in conjunction with machine vision and control systems to achieve targeted weed removal in wheat fields.Compared to traditional weeding machinery,this intelligent biomimetic weeding machine is more intelligent,efficient,and environmentally friendly.This study can also provide reference for the design of other field weeding machinery.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Optimization design and performance testing of biomimetic weeding wheels.Based on the principle of bionics,five kinds of bionic weeding blades(bionic weeding wheels)were designed with Solidworks software,using the scallop chlamys farreri flap as the bionic prototype.Using ABAQUS finite element software,five biomimetic models were simulated and analyzed to obtain a high-performance biomimetic weed blade(biomimetic weed wheel).Through an electronic universal testing machine,soil cutting performance tests were conducted on the weeding blade to verify the superior performance of the bionic weeding blade.Finally,the biomimetic weeding wheel was assembled into a weeding unit for field experiments,demonstrating its weeding effect and excellent adhesion reduction function.(2)Structural design and simulation of weeding mechanical claws.In response to the problem of weeds near wheat seedlings that cannot be completely removed,this article designs an end effector mechanism-a weeding mechanical claw,which can achieve fixed-point removal of weeds in wheat fields.Using Solidworks software,and according to the relevant theory of design,the overall structure of the weeding robot claw was designed.Then the kinematics simulation analysis of the weeding robot claw was carried out using ADAMS dynamics software to verify the rationality of its overall structure.(3)The construction and performance testing of an intelligent weed control system.Building an intelligent weed control system: Determine the hardware of the STM32 main control chip,single track ball screw slide,stepper motor,Open MV machine vision recognition module,and other systems.By combining the machine vision recognition module,control system,and weeding mechanical claw,when the Open MV vision module recognizes weeds in the wheat field,the control system drives the weeding mechanical claw to retract and complete the weeding operation.Through indoor experiments,verify the reliability of the machine vision recognition system and the feasibility of the intelligent weed control system.(4)Design of the overall structure of an intelligent biomimetic weeding machine.Based on the agronomic requirements of wheat planting and the characteristics of weeds in the wheat field,and based on the design principles of agricultural machinery,Solidworks software was used to design a three-dimensional model of the intelligent biomimetic weeding machine,and the transmission system of the intelligent biomimetic weeding machine was designed.The transmission shaft was checked to ensure the stability of the intelligent biomimetic weeding machine during wheat field weeding operations.Based on the specific situation of weeds in the wheat field,the basic parameters of the weeding wheel were determined,and the movement process and force situation of the weeding wheel were analyzed in depth.Produce a prototype of a biomimetic weeding machine and verify its weeding performance through field experiments. |
