With the rapid development of science and technology, agricultural technology is also improving, from the traditional agriculture 1.0,to agriculture 4.0 rapid change. With the rapid development of big data, the application of the Internet of Things, and the application of modern information technology such as 5G+,agriculture is rapidly advancing towards digitalization. In the context of the development of smart agriculture at home and abroad, all countries are scrambling to carry out research on the construction of smart agriculture and service platform. In the context of vigorously implementing the rural revitalization strategy in the new era and the new development stage, smart agriculture is an important way to realize rural revitalization.Smart agriculture will play an important role in the modernization of agricultural production, management and service. In the process of construction of smart agriculture, the agricultural service platform plays an indispensable role.By virtue of its own platform and professional advantages, the agricultural service platform can direct various services to farmers, guide and train farmers to participate in smart agriculture, and help the steady progress of smart agriculture in agricultural production. Therefore,by studying the farmers’ willingness to use smart agricultural service platform and influencing factors,it is of great significance to our country to carry out smart agricultural construction. This paper mainly studies the willingness of farmers to use the smart agriculture service platform and its influencing factors.Through field research and combining with specific cases,it analyzes and studies how the platform participates in smart agriculture from the aspects of agricultural production management, supply and marketing of agricultural products and agricultural financial services. Then, based on the survey data,an empirical study was conducted on farmers’ willingness to use the agricultural service platform to find out the most significant factors affecting the willingness to use the platform, and combined with the empirical research results, policy suggestions were put forward for the platform’s participation in smart agriculture management. In the empirical part, this paper constructs a binary Logistic regression model and takes farmers’ willingness to use the agricultural service platform as the explained variable, which has only two choices of "willing" and "unwilling".Therefore, the willingness to use the agricultural service platform is defined as "Y=1" and the unwillingness to use the agricultural service platform is defined as "Y=0".Farmers’ own characteristics, family variables and land policy variables were set as independent variables.Through empirical research, this paper found that factors such as farmers’ land area, understanding of the smart agriculture service platform, difficulty in using the platform, strength of support and whether they have participated in training have a significant impact on farmers’ willingness to use the smart agriculture service platform. In this empirical test,we found that gender, age, education level, village cadres, family income, family population, electronic product use proficiency, policy understanding, whether relatives and friends use the platform and other factors had no significant impact on the intention to use smart agriculture. In the last part, based on the empirical research conclusion of this paper, the analysis of relevant cases at home and abroad and the actual situation in Dayi County,it is proposed to increase the propaganda and promotion of the platform, increase the understanding of farmers about the platform, optimize the difficulty of using the platform, reduce the threshold for users to use the platform, carry out training for farmers, popularize the skills of using smart agricultural services, and play the role of policy support and guidance.Policy suggestions include promoting the healthy development of smart agriculture, promoting the large-scale development of smart agriculture in coordination with the income increase of rural households.
