| In order to strengthen the management of natural resource assets owned by all people and to get a clear picture of the natural resource assets,in recent years,pilot work has been carried out one after another across the country to entrust forest resources to agents,which includes the systematic evaluation and estimation of forest resources.In evaluating the value of forest resources,a large amount of data processing is involved,and manual processing is time-consuming and error-prone.Therefore,a suitable forest value evaluation system is designed according to the needs,which can not only improve the calculation efficiency,but also provide good decision support for managers and realize the long-term sustainable development of forest management.In this paper,we take Culai Mountain Forest Farm in the central mountainous area of Shandong as an example to calculate the stand values of different tree species in the forest,mainly including timber forests and economic forests.Before accounting for stand values,we study and analyze the effects of different stand quality and accessibility conditions on stand values,which includes establishing timber volume growth equations for different stands and discussing the effects of different locations on stand values,and then using the cost method,income method and market method in forest resource asset appraisal to calculate stand values of different species and different periods,and form a stand value system for different tree species in Feedback Mountain Forestry.value evaluation system for different tree species in Feedback Mountain Forestry;on this basis,the analysis and design were carried out according to the requirements,and a prototype evaluation system applicable to the value of forest trees in state-owned forestry was researched and built,and the functional modules of the system were tested and run.The main research findings are as follows:(1)In order to establish the timber volume model under different stand quality,based on the forest resource data of one map of forest land,the stand quality was evaluated by using the decision tree algorithm,and the stand quality of each small class in the forest area was classified into three grades:good,medium and poor;on this basis,the model was fitted based on the common form of timber volume equation,and from the results,the optimal timber volume regression equation was chosen in the form of V=a0Da1Ha2,the coefficient of determination R2are more ideal,using the root mean square error(RMSE),the average absolute error(MAE)two model test index to test the model,each model test effect is good.(2)Based on the vector data of Culai Mountain Forest Farm Arc GIS(Geographic Information System)software was used to extract the center of mass of each small class in the forest area,combine the distribution of forest roads and the slope of small classes,calculate the actual distance from small classes to forest roads,set the accessibility level according to different distances,and the specific level was divided into level 1,level 2 and level 3 to judge the good and bad situation of small class location,and then explore The accessibility of the forest was evaluated,and the impact of accessibility on the value of forest trees was discussed.(3)Based on the classification of stand quality and accessibility and the establishment of each timber volume model,we combined the commonly used forest value assessment methods to calculate the forest values of different tree species in Culai Mountain Forest Farm,among which the replacement cost method was applied to young timber forests,the present value of earnings method to middle-aged forests,and the inverse market price method to mature forests;the replacement cost method was applied to pre-production period of economic forests,and the average annual earnings were applied to the beginning and peak production periods Finally,the reasonableness of the calculation results was verified according to the report on the construction of provincial price system of forest resources inventory in Shandong Province.(4)On the basis of reasonable calculation of forest value,this system carries out requirement analysis,framework design,functional module design and database design,establishes the prototype of forest value evaluation system for different tree species in Feedback Forestry,and provides detailed explanation of the operation and use of the main function of calculating forest value in the system,and from the results of the system calculation,it can ensure the consistency with the manual calculation results,which verifies the the feasibility of the system.Through the construction of the system for accounting and completing the value of different tree species in Culai Mountain Forest Farm,it further enriches the research related to the inventory of forest resources assets,and provides services and guidance for the subsequent state-owned forestry to carry out related work or the pilot work of forest resources entrusted to agents. |
