Corn is an important basis for the development of animal husbandry,and the yield and quality of corn are important indicators to measure feed.In order to clarify the effects of smoke water and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens on the agronomy,yield and quality characteristics of corn.In this study,Shannongsiyu 8,Shannongsiyu 9 and Xianyu 335 were used as experimental materials.In the laboratory,the germination test was carried out with Smoke Water and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens priming treatment,and the seed vigor,root system and seedling were measured;In the field,Smoke Water and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens was treated with priming before sowing and spraying during flowering,Photosynthetic parameters,yield shape and quality shape were determined;In the field,priming seeds with smoke water were used,and15N-urea was applied to the base fertilizer.Nitrogen uptake and fertilizer utilization rate were measured at maturity stage.The main research results are as follows:1.Effects of smoke water and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens treatments on maize seed vitality.Compared with the untreated control and the water-treated control,the smoke water treatment and smoke water Bacillus amyloliquefaciens treatment significantly increased the germination rate,germination index and vitality index of maize seeds,shortened the germination time of maize seeds,made the seedlings grow more vigorously.Significantly increased seedling length,root length,root activity and root surface area,and promoted root growth.2.Effects of smoke water and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens treatments on maize photosynthesis and yield characters.The photosynthetic parameters and SPAD values of maize plants were significantly increased by smoke water treatment and smoke water Bacillus amyloliquefaciens treatment compared with the untreated control and the water-treated control,which promoted the synthesis,movement and accumulation of substances in the plant.The biological yield and grain yield were significantly increased.3.Effects of smoke water and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens treatments on quality characters of maize.The crude protein content of forage maize was significantly increased by smoke water treatment and smoke water Bacillus amyloliquefaciens treatment compared with untreated and water-treated corn seeds,and the nutritional quality of forage maize was improved.In addition,smoke water treatment and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens significantly increased nitrogen uptake and nitrogen use efficiency of maize plant organs. |
