The sea cucumber aquaculture industry is developing rapidly.In factory-based breeding,the use of substrates for sea cucumber seedling attachment is enormous.However,cleaning methods are still manual,leading to problems such as high labor intensity,high costs,and lack of cleaning equipment.This article addresses these issues by researching the structural characteristics of sea cucumber seedling attachment substrates and designing a set of cleaning equipment based on these findings.The key operating parameters of the sea cucumber seedling attachment substrate cleaning equipment were optimized through simulation studies using FLUENT software,and the trial production and assembly of the cleaning equipment were completed.The main work is as follows:The design of the sea cucumber seedling attachment substrate cleaning equipment was based on the cleaning technical requirements and the structural characteristics of the sea cucumber seedling attachment substrate.An overall work plan for the cleaning equipment using high-pressure water jets as the cleaning method was proposed.Key working components,such as the overall structure of the cleaning equipment,cleaning system,chain suspension conveyor system,etc.,were designed and calculated.The nozzle model 6510,PVC-U DN25 water supply pipe,OS-80 plunger pump,M590-402 DC motor were selected,and the overall dimensions of the cleaning equipment were determined to be 2000 mm in length,1500 mm in width,and 1800 mm in height.Simulation analysis of sea cucumber seedling attachment substrate cleaning equipment.A 3D simulation model of the sea cucumber seedling attachment substrate was established using the finite element simulation software FLUENT.The effects of different jet pressures(0.1MPa,0.2MPa,0.3MPa),different target distances(150mm,225 mm,250mm),and different incidence angles(0°,5°,10°,15°,20°,25°,30°,35°,40°,45°)on the cleaning effect(impact force and shear force)were studied through simulation experiments.Under the conditions of preserving the substrate structure and other factors constant,increasing the jet pressure can increase the impact and shear force on the target,while increasing the target distance will reduce the impact and shear forces.The change in the incidence angle has a very small effect on the impact force.The best combination of cleaning parameters is: cleaning pressure 0.3MPa,incidence angle 30°,target distance 150 mm.Experiment of sea cucumber seedling attachment substrate cleaning equipment.To study the performance and optimal cleaning effect of the sea cucumber seedling attachment substrate cleaning equipment,water jet pressure,spray head incident angle,and target distance were taken as experimental factors,and the cleanliness of the sea cucumber seedling attachment substrate was used as an evaluation index.The effect of process parameters on the evaluation index was researched through single factor and response surface experiments,and the optimal cleaning process parameter combination was sought.The single factor experiment results showed that the cleanliness of the sea cucumber seedling attachment substrate increased with the increase in water jet pressure and incident angle and decreased with the increase in target distance.Response surface experiment results showed that the impact of various factors on the cleanliness rate,from high to low,were: water jet pressure > incident angle > target distance.Through parameter optimization,the optimal parameter combination obtained was: water jet pressure 0.3MPa,spray head incident angle 30°,target distance 175 mm.Under the optimal process parameter combination,a verification experiment was conducted on the cleaning effect of the sea cucumber seedling attachment substrate.The results showed that the average cleanliness of the sea cucumber seedling attachment substrate was 95.3%,meeting the actual production needs of the sea cucumber seedling factory.This represented a 33.3%increase in efficiency compared to manual cleaning of the sea cucumber seedling attachment substrate,meeting the actual production needs of the sea cucumber seedling factory.This provides an important reference for the application of sea cucumber seedling attachment substrate cleaning equipment. |
