In order to screen out new high-quality flue-cured tobacco varieties suitable for planting in Heilongjiang tobacco area,the local main variety "Longjiang 911" was used as a control in Binxi Town,Heilongjiang Province in 2021,and the plot randomized block test and comparative analysis method were used The adaptability of10 foreign flue-cured tobacco varieties such as Yan’an No.1 in Heilongjiang tobacco region was compared and analyzed in terms of leaf fresh-dry weight ratio,and 13 agronomic traits were measured at the mature stage of tobacco leaves.The correlation between potassium content and agronomic traits in flue-cured tobacco was discussed by using factor analysis,stepwise regression analysis and other methods.Finally,the overall evaluation of flue-cured tobacco varieties was carried out by using the grey correlation analysis method,and the excellent varieties suitable for Longjiang tobacco region were selected.Secondly,the excellent varieties selected were further studied.The effect of different transplanting time(May 1,May 16 and May 31)on the growth and development of tobacco was studied by using the split plot design of transplanting time and variety,so as to explore the best transplanting time of excellent varieties in Heilongjiang tobacco region.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Throughout the entire growth period,the proportion,average price,and output value of Yan’an No.1 tobacco were close to those of the control,while the chlorophyll content and leaf area coefficient were higher than those of the control;Zhongchuan208 grew well in the field,the proportion of superior tobacco,the output value per mu,and the average price were close to the control,the leaf area coefficient was higher than the control,and the field incidence rate was lower than the control;Grey correlation analysis shows that Zhongchuan 208 and Yan’an 1 have higher scores in both equal weight correlation and weighted correlation.Comprehensive analysis shows that Yan’an 1 and Zhongchuan 208 varieties can be planted and promoted in Heilongjiang tobacco areas.2.Correlation analysis shows that there is a significant negative correlation between potassium content and the angle between the upper stem and leaf.Through factor analysis,the main agronomic traits related to potassium content were identified,including plant height,middle and bottom width of stem circumference,middle stem leaf angle,and leaf number.A stepwise regression analysis method was used to establish a regression model between the main agronomic traits and potassium content of flue-cured tobacco.After statistical testing,it reached a highly significant level,indicating that the selected relevant traits in the model are the key factors affecting the potassium content of flue-cured tobacco,which can provide necessary theoretical basis for future planting of high potassium flue-cured tobacco.3.Through research on the transplanting period,Zhongchuan 208 grew well in the transplanting field on May 16 th,with a significant increase in plant height,leaf number,maximum leaf length and width value,improved photosynthetic parameters and various indicators,better photosynthetic characteristics,increased yield and output value,higher proportion of top grade and orange smoke rates,and the best economic benefits.The overall coordination of chemical components in cured tobacco leaves is the best.Overall,the best transplanting time for Nakagawa 208 is May 16 th.Yan’an No.1 grew well in the field after transplanting on May 16 th,with the best indicators,such as yield,output value,top grade smoke rate,and orange smoke rate.Especially,the proportion of top grade smoke rate and orange smoke rate was relatively high;The overall score of chemical composition coordination is the highest.Overall,the best transplanting time for Yan’an No.1 is May 16 th.4.The correlation analysis between various meteorological factors and nicotine content in flue-cured tobacco showed that the nicotine content in Zhongchuan 208 was significantly and extremely significantly negatively correlated with the sunshine during the lower and middle harvesting periods(P <0.01);Yan’an No.1 is significantly negatively correlated with the precipitation during the cluster stage(P<0.05).This study tested the important ecological indicators of 10 flue cured tobacco varieties from outside the province,in order to screen out suitable flue cured tobacco varieties for ecological conditions in Heilongjiang Province,optimize the layout of flue cured tobacco varieties in Heilongjiang Province,and lay a foundation for the subsequent research and promotion of supporting planting techniques. |
