| .The traditional dairy industry is the supplement and auxiliary of the whole dairy industry.However,it has a great impact on increasing the income of local farmers and herdsmen,diversifying dairy products and improving the diet structure.This topic in a standard and standard into a breakthrough point,to grasp the traditional dairy industry’s stage of development,existing problems as the prerequisite,the standardized theory of traditional dairy products industry standards and standardized mechanism and existing problems of the system analysis,and in the national standards,industry standards and local standards on the basis of the standard of traditional dairy products were discussed and studied.Investigated Xilin Gol League,Chifeng City,Tongliao City,Ordos City,Hohhot City and other places of the development of traditional dairy products,obtained the first hand data,and then analyzed the data.The results show that 60% of the traditional dairy producers understand the traditional dairy standards and are satisfied with the existing traditional dairy standards.Eighty-nine percent favored additional standards for traditional dairy products.Producers believe it is necessary to set standards for traditional dairy products.According TO the model results,the main factors affecting producers’ willingness to standardize production include operating years,educational background,annual income and annual expenditure.Among them,educational background and annual expenditure have positive effects,while operating years and annual income have negative effects.The higher the understanding of traditional dairy standards,the more inclined to standardized production.With fewer years of production and operation,they may lack of understanding of production scale and operation,market economy,standardization and other aspects,thus affecting their willingness to standardize is not strong.At the level of the whole autonomous region,it is impossible to introduce unified standards for the production,production and process of traditional dairy products,because there are great differences between different counties in the autonomous region in terms of production technology,raw milk and flavor.The action mechanism of standards and standardization is: association to member units to small workshop enterprises;It is also found in the research that the organization of small workshops of one family can introduce some regional standards in the form of association organization at the level of county or region. |
