Summer black grape(Vitis vinifera L.),good quality,rich in nutrition,has a strong nutritional value and economic value,occupies a very important position in fruit production.This test for five years as a material,through the summer black grape color period,respectively spray C-1(including glycine,proline,etc.),C-2(including ammonia sugar,multifunctional calcium,etc.),C-3(including plant amino acids,algae whole-cell extraction)and C-4(including aspartic acid and glutamate),four different types of amino acid biological stimulants.Explore its influence on the intrinsic quality(soluble sugar,titrating acid,soluble solid material content,mineral element content and phenolic material content),appearance quality(anthocyanins,color difference,fruit single fruit weight)and enzymes related to sucrose metabolism of ’summer black’ grape fruit.It provides a certain theoretical basis and practical basis for the application and promotion of amino acid biostimulator in grapes,and also selects amino acid biostimulators with good comprehensive effect on fruit internal and external quality and sucrose metabolism,which has certain reference significance for the high quality and efficient production of grapes.The study results are as follows:1.Amino acid biostimululants can improve the fruit weight,promote the anthocyanin accumulation and promote the coloring of grape peel.After the analysis of each treatment data,the treatment C-4 has the best comprehensive effect on fruit appearance and quality.2.After treatment with the amino acid biostimulants,The content of soluble sugars and soluble solids of grape fruits during the ripening stage,The treatment of C-4 content is the highest;The sugar component,Treatment C-3 and C-4 were significantly better than other treatments,Fructose reached the 76.62mg/g and 75.79mg/g,respectively,The glucose content reached 77.58mg/g and 75.46mg/g,respectively,The total sugar content was increased by 16.1% and 17.0%,respectively;acid constituents,C-3 and C-4 had the best overall acid lowering effect,After the 75 d of the flowers,The C-3 acid has the lowest total acid,C-4 has the lowest content of tartaric acid,C-3 had the lowest malic acid,The C-4 had the lowest content of oxalic acid.The phenolic content can indicate that the total phenolic content,total flavonoids and flavanol content all decreased,and the best performance of C-4 in the mature period.Fruits increased nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,calcium and iron,and the highest in C-1 and C-4;phosphorus,potassium,calcium and iron were the highest in C-4,reaching 3.39g/kg,264.11mg/100 g,183.58mg/kg and 19.03mg/kg respectively.After the analysis of each treatment data,treatment C-4 has the best comprehensive effect on fruit intrinsic quality,and treatment C-3 times.3.After treatment with amino acid biostimants,the activities of SPS(sucrose phosphate synthetase),SS(sucrose synthase),NI(neutral converting enzyme)and AI(acid converting enzyme)in the sucrose metabolism pathway were significantly higher than the control.At maturity,SPS activity and SS activity were the best treatment C-3 and C-1,increasing 39.25% and 20.28% from control,and NI and AI activity were the highest treatment C-4 concentration,increasing 31.77% and 19.72% over control,respectively.
