| The large-scale and industrialized development of agriculture is an indispensable link for China to step into the new normal of economy.In order to accelerate the development process of large-scale breeding of biological assets,relevant departments put forward that biological assets can be used as collateral for financing,but the progress is slow and there are a series of problems.It is difficult to supervise offline biological assets,the default risk is prominent during mortgage financing,and the financing cost of biological assets mortgage is high.The application of blockchain technology can effectively solve these pain points.As the underlying technology of Bitcoin,blockchain emerged with distributed storage,imtamper with data,traceability and other characteristics,enabling all participants to share data information,breaking barriers to information circulation and solving the problem of biological assets supervision.The application of symmetric encryption technology and cryptographic hash algorithm makes the transaction information not easy to be tampered,guarantees the authenticity of the transaction information and prevents the occurrence of default events.The automaticity and compulsion of smart contract can complete business process independently,shorten transaction cycle,reduce error of manual operation and improve business efficiency,which is conducive to the development of biological asset mortgage financing business.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance of the paper,literature review at home and abroad,research methods and content,and innovation points of the paper.The second part is the theoretical basis,which elaborates the theories related to enterprise financing and blockchain theory,summarizes the dilemma of biological asset mortgage financing,and analyzes the advantages of blockchain technology in biological asset mortgage financing.The third part is the application case of blockchain technology in biological asset mortgage financing.Taking S platform as the research focus,the case background is introduced,and the architecture,operation mode and procedures of biological asset mortgage financing projects on S platform are analyzed.The fourth part is the role and effect of S platform blockchain technology in biological asset mortgage financing.First,the role of blockchain technology in digital management of biological asset,the quality of biological asset accounting information,and the problems between biological asset management and biological asset mortgage financing are analyzed.Then,the application effect of S platform blockchain technology is studied from the perspectives of biological asset breeding enterprises,banks and other financial institutions,other relevant enterprises in the supply chain and government regulators.The fifth part is the challenges and suggestions of S platform blockchain technology in biological asset mortgage financing.The challenges are that the participation degree of stakeholders needs to be improved,the security of blockchain technology has not been fundamentally guaranteed,and the lag of blockchain legal system increases uncertainties,and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.The sixth part is the conclusion and enlightenment.By studying the application of blockchain technology in biological asset mortgage financing,this paper hopes to promote the development of blockchain technology and the innovative of biological asset collateral financing,provide better service for breeding enterprises,and promote the large-scale and industrialized development of biological assets. |
