Sweet potato(Dioscoreaesculenta(Lour.)Burkill)is a vine crop of the genus Convolvulaceae.In addition to providing starch and energy,which are also rich in dietary fiber,carotene,vitamins A,B,C,E,and more than 10 trace elements such as potassium,iron,copper,selenium,and calcium.Known as the most nutritionally balanced health food.The leaves of sweet potato are rich in protein,minerals,vitamins,flavonoids,etc.,and have antioxidant,anti-cancer,anti-tumor,hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic,immune-regulating and other effects.Multipurpose crops.In two different ecological regions,Jingzhou in Hubei and Urumqi in Xinjiang,varieties are an important basis for sweet potato production.Planting the same batch of sweet potato varieties in different ecological regions can study the existing improved sweet potato varieties and screen out improved sweet potato varieties that can adapt to different ecological environments,which was an effective way to provide improved sweet potato varieties.For this reason,we conducted a study on the differences in growth and quality of sweetpotato cultivars in two ecological regions under conventional and selenium fertilization conditions in Jingzhou,Hubei and Changji,Xinjiang,and obtained the following stage results.(1)The yield of sweet potato in Xinjiang was higher than that in Hubei.The test sweet potato variety Pushu 32 in Xinjiang has the highest yield,and the yield of various types of sweet potato in Xinjiang was fruit potato > purple potato > starch potato.Among the six sweet potato varieties tested in Hubei,Ningzi No.8 performed better than other sweet potato varieties in Hubei,and Eshu No.11 had the lowest yield.(2)The order of increasing selenium content among the six sweet potato varieties in Xinjiang was Eshu 11 > Eshu 6 > Shangshu 19 > Xuzi 8 > Pushu 32 >Ningzi 8,and the three types of The selenium content showed the order of fruit potato > purple potato > starch potato.The order of increasing selenium content among the six sweet potato varieties in Hubei was Xuzi 8>Eshu 11>Ningzi 8>Eshu6> Pushu 32>Shangshu 19.In terms of selenium content,the sweet potato nuggets in Hubei in the past two years showed the same performance,which were all purple potatoes > fruit potatoes > starch potatoes.Selenium treatment significantly increased the selenium content in sweet potato pieces.(3)In terms of the taste of sweet potato leaves,25 people choose Eshu 11 the most,and 2 people choose Ningzi 8.Most people think that the leaves of Eshu 11 taste better.In the comparison of sweet potato pieces in the two places,the sweet potato in Xinjiang was more favored by the experimenters.And an important reason that affects the taste of sweet potatoes was that there was too much fiber in sweet potato pieces. |
