With the rapid growth of China’s national strength,people are increasingly pursuing a better life.People want to enjoy not only the convenience of city life,but also the freshest food.And the production of cold chain industry and logistic industry,it is the important foundation that solves this one contradiction.On the other hand,the problem of food safety is becoming more and more serious.The government and society pay more and more attention to refrigerating drinks for the main purpose of keeping them fresh.In order to improve the carbon emission of cold chain industry,based on process analysis,this paper proposes a carbon footprint accounting model for the production and logistics of refrigerated drinks.The specific contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,literature related to carbon footprint,cold chain production and low-carbon logistics in domestic and foreign academic literature databases are reviewed,and international and domestic research methods are listed and analyzed.Analyze carbon footprint accounting methods and low carbon chains.Secondly,the concept and calculation model of carbon footprint in the production and logistics of refrigerated drinks were established,and the calculation formula was proposed.Firstly,data sources are classified and Life Cycle Assessment method is selected as the main research method.Then,analyze the organizational boundary and main body boundary,and list the influencing factors of carbon footprint accounting.Finally,the calculation formulas for energy consumption carbon footprint and refrigerated beverage production and logistics carbon footprint were established respectively.Thirdly,take the carbon footprint of refrigerated drinks as an example to calculate and propose improvement measures.The carbon footprint of refrigerated drinks is divided into production and logistics.Among them,the logistics carbon footprint is divided into transportation and refrigeration two separately calculated,and set up an experimental simulation of the refrigeration process;The production process is divided into workshop processes,and the production carbon footprint is divided into variable carbon footprint and fixed carbon footprint.Finally,the results are analyzed.In this paper,the Life Cycle Assessment method and emission coefficient method as the core method,the construction of refrigerated beverage production and logistics carbon accounting model,formula,and through the example calculation and analysis,finally put forward the improvement and optimization measures.This research not only reduces the carbon emission of the cold chain industry,but also can promote the concept development and basic optimization of the cold chain.It is of great significance to the sustainable development of cold chain industry and the win-win of environmental and economic benefits. |
