In this paper,in order to screen out the parameters of plant protection UAV sprinklers suitable for Xinjiang cotton fields,the effects of fan-shaped pressure sprinklers and centrifugal sprinklers of plant protection UAVs in Xinjiang cotton fields on the quality of pesticide application were studied.The volume median diameter,droplet distribution density,diffusion ratio RD and coefficient of variation are the key parameters to express the atomization performance of plant protection Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAV)sprinklers.Based on the experimental field in Shaya County,Aksu Region,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,two types of sprinklers were taken as the research objects to study the relationship between the uniform density of droplet distribution,operating height and different sprinklers,as well as the effect of different technical parameters of plant protection drones on cotton spider mite in the field.effect of prevention.The main findings are as follows:1.Exploring the influence of plant protection drones at the same operating speed,different operating heights,and different fan-shaped pressure nozzles on the mass distribution of droplets,The results show that the optimal parameters of the plant protection UAV are as follows:when the spraying pressure is in the range of 300~400kpa,the working height is 2.0m,the working speed is 6m/s,and the nozzle model is ST-110-02.Under this operating condition,the atomization performance is better than other operating parameters.The median particle size of the atomized droplet volume of ST-110-02 is 200~350μm,the average distribution density of the droplet is 17.19 pieces/cm~2,and the coefficient of variation is 33.44%.2.Exploring the effect of centrifugal nozzles at the same operating speed,different operating heights,and different rotational speeds on the mass distribution of droplets for plant protection drones,The results show that the optimal parameters of the plant protection drone are:when the spraying pressure is in the range of 300~400kpa,the working height is 2.0m,the working speed is 6m/s,and the speed of the nozzle is7500rpm.Under the operating conditions,the volume median diameter of the atomized droplets of the centrifugal nozzle at 7500 rpm is 150-250μm,the average distribution density of the droplets is 24.61/cm~2,the diffusion ratio RD is 0.65,and the coefficient of variation is 17.99%.3.Exploring the effects of different operating parameters of plant protection drones on the quality of pesticide application,The results show that under the operating conditions of working height of 2.0m and working speed of 6m/s,the atomization performance of centrifugal nozzle at 7500rpm is better than that of fan-shaped pressure nozzle ST-110-03.The pesticide used for cotton spider mite control adopts 12%avermactin ethiconazole suspension.7 days after the treatment,the control effect of conventional nozzles on cotton spider mites reached 8.12%,ST-110-03(2.0m)fan-shaped pressure nozzles reached 70.81%,and centrifugal nozzles 7500rpm(2m)cotton field cotton spider mites control effect reached 70.81%Reaching92.9%,the control effect is more significant than conventional nozzle and fan-shaped pressure nozzle ST-110-03(2.0m). |
