| Processed peppers is an important characteristic economic crop in Xinjiang,and it is mainly grown in Heshuo County,Yanqi County,Hejing County,Bohu County and Anjihai in Shawan.In recent years,root-knot nematodes have been found to damage processed peppers in Heshuo County,Xinjiang.In light cases,the plants are slightly dwarfed,with less flowering,low seed setting rate,and yield reduction by 20%to 80%.In this study,the occurrence of root-knot nematode disease of processed peppers in Heshuo County was investigated,the species of root-knot nematode were identified and their biological characteristics were preliminarily studied,and the resistance evaluation of different pepper varieties to the root-knot nematode was carried out.The main findings were as follows:1.The occurrence of M.hapla in the main processed peppers planting areas in Heshuo County,Xinjiang was investigated,Narenkeer Township There are occurrences and hazards in the field,Xintare Township,Suhat Township and Narenkeer Township There are occurrences and hazards in the field.Thirty-four soil samples were collected from processing peppers in various towns and towns.The disease was found to not only harm peppers,but also infect crops such as sugar beets and corn.2.Two test points were set up in Urumqi City and Heshuo County to detect the overwintering conditions of M.hapla.The results show that M.hapla can survive at different depths.Under certain conditions,the survival rate of M.hapla will increase with the depth.deepening and increasing.3.The chemotactic reaction of M.hapla J2 to 24 different kinds of inorganic compounds was tested by agar gel flat plate.The results showed that there were 6 kinds of compounds that showed attraction to M.hapla J2,namely Na Cl,Na2SO4,MgCl2,K2HPO4,NaNO3and CuSO4,among which NaNO3has the strongest attraction effect,but the attraction effect of each compound is not linear with its different concentration gradients.The remaining 18 compounds showed no apparent attraction or avoidance.The optimum incubation temperature of M.hapla oocysts was 28℃,and the tolerance of M.hapla J2 and oocysts to acid was higher than that of alkali.4.The resistance of 30 peppers varieties to M.hapla was evaluated by inoculation in diseased soil,and the related growth indexes and disease resistance indexes of peppers were analyzed by cluster analysis and subordinate attribute function analysis.including 8 moderately resistant varieties,namely Jubao sweet pepper,Songtian green Jiaolong,hengjiao 209 F1,spicy Erjin bar,hongshenghuo,204 and improved pig large intestine;There are 20 disease resistant varieties,including South Korean dry pepper,new generation Chaotian pepper,hengjiao 27 F1,hybrid Daban pepper,908,hongbaota,Jingui red No.5,Honglong 23,8819 line pepper,Songtian port pepper F1,hongtianxia,Su runhongsu No.5 F1,gaose No.1 F1,202,extra large Yangjiao pepper,new 8819 line pepper,selected pig large intestine,Tianshan red No.1 F1,Fugui red and Ban Jiao King 6118;There are 2 susceptible varieties,912 and high resistance screw pepper.Non immune and highly resistant varieties. |
