| Fertilization not only affects the change trend of soil physicochemical properties in jujube orchard,but also affects the nutrient absorption and stoichiometric characteristics of jujube tree organs and the formation of fruit quality.There are few reports on the effects of different fertilization on soil-tree nutrients and stoichiometric characteristics of jujube orchard.This paper takes Junzao in Aksu region of Xinjiang as the research object.Six fertilization treatments were set in Junjube Garden in the test area,which were: Six different fertilizer treatments were T1(conventional fertilization),T2(conventional fertilization + organic fertilizer),T3(conventional fertilization + organic fertilizer + microbial microbial agent N22P8P18K7),T4(conventional fertilization + organic fertilizer + microbial microbial agent N22P7P18K24),T5(conventional fertilization + biochar),T6(conventional fertilization + woody peat),the effects of fertilization on soil-tree nutrient content,stoichiometric characteristics and fruit quality of Jujube orchard were explored to provide theoretical basis for scientific and reasonable fertilization.The experimental research conclusions are as follows:(1)In terms of soil nutrients and stoichiometric characteristics,compared with conventional fertilization(T1)treatment,T3 treatment has more obvious effects on improving soil organic matter and available nutrients in different growth stages,and it is more suitable to be applied as a long-term fertilizer to improve soil fertility in Jujube Garden.The ratio of N,P and K of soil under different fertilization treatments was the same as K/P > N/P > N/K.The change of soil N,P,K ratio will be different with the level of soil N,P,K nutrients.(2)In terms of nutrient and stoichiometric characteristics of tree body,compared with conventional fertilization(T1)treatment,T2 and T4 treatments were conducive to the improvement of nutrient contents of roots,leaves and fruits at different growth stages,but did not have a synchronous improvement effect on the contents of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in each organ,indicating that T2 and T4 treatments were targeted to the improvement of nutrient contents in each organ of tree body.Under different fertilization treatments,the nutrient elements in all organs of jujube tree were roughly the same.The root growth was mainly limited by nitrogen and potassium,the leaf growth was mainly limited by phosphorus,and the fruit growth was mainly limited by nitrogen.(3)In terms of fruit quality,compared with conventional fertilization(T1)treatment,different fertilization treatments during the growth period of Junzao fruits can increase the contents of vitamin C,protein,soluble sugar,fructose and glucose.T2 treatment has the best effect on reducing the titrable acid content of jujube fruits at different stages.According to the principal component analysis of jujube fruit quality,T3 treatment is more conducive to improving the comprehensive quality of jujube fruits at the ripe stage.Overall,T3 treatment is the best in improving soil fertility and fruit quality.Therefore,T3 treatment is more suitable as an ideal fertilizer for local jujube orchard. |
