| In recent years,as the national support the development of woody oil,speeding up the 3-year plan of the implementation of Camellia oleifera industry development,the implementation of Camellia oleifera expansion and low yield inefficient forest transformation task,inevitably produce a large number of residues,and the residue is usually burned,dumped or discarded,which will cause certain pollution to the ecological environment,but also have caused the waste of resources.And in the process of Camellia oleifera seed expansion and low-yield and low-efficiency forest transformation,a large number of high-quality Camellia oleifera seedlings are needed.Therefore,how to combine the surplus of low-yield forest of Camellia oleifera with the work of Camellia oleifera seedling will effectively solve the problems of resource waste and reduce the cost of production and seedling raising.In this study,it used Camellia oleifera low-yielding forest modification residue(after fermentation)for the preparation of seedling light substrate research water and fertilizer performance and cultivated three-year-old big specifications Camellia oleifera container seedling test,to provide a theoretical basis for the development of Camellia oleifera low-yielding forest modification residue reuse and Camellia oleifera seedling substrate in the process of moisture,nutrient management,and the main research results are as follows:1.Used 4 kinds of light matrix materials of Camellia oleifera wood chips,peat,perlite,high water absorption resin(SAP)were used,then mixed the matrix with different proportions(volume ratio)according to the L9(34)four factors three level orthogonal design table,to study its physical and chemical properties,water and fertilizer retention performance,and the results showed that the physicochemical properties met the requirements of Camellia oleifera seedling light matrix were handle T1,T5,T9(total porosity>60%,ventilation porosity 15~30%,water porosity 45~60%,bulk weight 0.2~0.5g cm3,pH value of 4.0~6.5,EC value of 0.1~2.0mS/cm,total nutrient N+P2O5+K2O≥1.0%).In terms of water retention of the matrix,the handle T8 was optimal in water content,water absorption ratio,average evaporation rate,and water seepage rate,which were 334.17g,2.54 times,and 1.27g·h-1,0.0035g·min-1,respectively.In terms of matrix fertilizer retention,the total loss of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium was handle T1,which were 38.53%,27.27%and 34.73%respectively.After the analysis of comprehensive evaluation method,it was found that the primary and secondary order of various factors on the physical and chemical index of Camellia oleifera container seedling formula and the performance of water and fertilizer preservation was SAP(27.30)>peat(25.13)>perlite(19.86)>Camellia oleifera sawdust(3.91),so the optimal formula is Camellia oleifera sawdust:peat:perlite+SAP=4:1:2+0.8g/L.2.From the perspective of grow seedlings effect,handle T1 has the highest comprehensive score in the seedling height,the stem diameter,the leaf number,the preservation rate,the chlorophyll content,the best performance of nursery stock growth and high quality of nursery stock;T5 has the highest comprehensive score of biomass accumulation,nursery stock quality and root growth,and the performance of nursery stock growth was excellent and the quality was best;the quality of the nursery stock of T1,T2,T5,T6,T8 and T9 met the standards of biennial Camellia oleifera container seedlings.In the case that the substrate doesn’t contain peat,the three-year-old Camellia oleifera container seedlings of T6,T9 can achieve the nursery standard,which showed that the light seedling matrix of Camellia oleifera with the remaining fermentation and other common auxiliary matrix materials also has a good seedling raising effect,which can reduce the use of peat to a certain extent or completely replace peat as the main component of seedling raising substrate.Through comprehensive evaluation method after analysis,it was found that the order of various factors on the growth index of formula,biomass accumulation,root index,and the degree of chlorophyll content was SAP(75.50)>peat(39.15)>perlite(23.72)>Camellia oleifera sawdust(20.34),so the optimal formula is Camellia oleifera sawdust:peat:perlite+SAP=4:1:2+0.8g/L.3.The different physical and properties of seedling light substrate,water and fertilizer performance and seedling index were analyzed through comprehensive evaluation methods,and it was found that various factors on the formula of the index of primary and secondary order was SAP(102.80)>peat(64.28)>perlite(43.58)>Camellia oleifera sawdust(24.25),so the optimal formula is Camellia oleifera sawdust:peat:perlite+SAP=4:1:2+0.8g/L. |
