China is a large agricultural country with high irrigation water consumption and scarce per capita water resources.With the development of water fertilizer integration technology,water-saving irrigation has become the top priority of agricultural environment protection.Buried infiltration irrigation technology,as a new type of water-saving irrigation technology,is gradually developing and has unique advantages compared to previous irrigation methods such as drip irrigation and sprinkler irrigation.Nowadays,the development of underground infiltration irrigation is slow,mainly due to its unique characteristics underground and the lack of more personalized and efficient production equipment assembly lines.Under the guidance of TRIZ’s innovative method,this article completes the optimization design of the extruder head of the underground infiltration irrigation pipe production equipment,which can effectively improve the production speed and quality of pipelines.This article first delves into the company’s pipe and strip production workshop to understand the pipe and strip production process,and models and simulates the old extruder head for analysis.Identify the design defects of the old extruder head and understand the company’s demand for existing pipe and strip production equipment.This article establishes a design process for the head of the infiltration irrigation pipe belt extruder by using innovative design methods.Through market research,questionnaire surveys and face-to-face interviews are used to gain a deeper understanding of user needs.Determine the total function through the black box method,use functional decomposition to generate sub functions,establish a functional structure model,and determine functional elements.Design the structure of each functional element to determine the original understanding.Determine the original understanding conflict,define the conflict problem,and analyze it.Using the conflict resolution theory in TRIZ to solve conflicts,obtain TRIZ solutions,evaluate them by analogy to domain solutions,and obtain the final solution for structural design.Make up for the lack of experience in design and reduce the product design cycle.This article analyzes the defects of the old head of the infiltration pipe belt extruder,and combines the design process of the infiltration pipe belt extruder head.Based on the original single material extruder head,a three-layer composite extruder co extrusion head is developed.Solve the problems of difficult manufacturing process,slow production efficiency,poor quality of existing infiltration irrigation pipe strips,as well as easy aging and deformation during use,and easy detachment of drip heads.Simulate and analyze the flow channel using POLYFLOW software.Based on the uniformity of flow velocity at the intersection of melt in the extruder head flow channel,the compression ratio,inlet diameter,and forming section structure of the three-layer flow channel in the head were optimized to determine a set of better design parameters for the flow channel structure.Simulation analysis can greatly reduce the number of subsequent mold repairs and trials for the extruder head,and accelerate the efficiency of head design.Production tests were conducted on the trial machine head,which basically met the design requirements.
