Construction And Positive Research Of Comprehensive Development Evaluation Index System Of Marine Ranching

As a new fishery development model with multiple advantages in green ecology,environmental friendliness and resource conservation,Marine ranch project is an important measure to carry out offshore fishery resource conservation and ecological environment restoration in China at the present stage,and an important way to realize the harmonious development of Marine fishery and offshore ecosystem.At the same time,a set of scientific and perfect evaluation index system for the comprehensive development of Marine ranch is helpful to further explore the development direction of Marine ranch project and promote related basic theoretical research,which is also of great significance to the comprehensive development of Marine ranch project towards scientific and standardized.Based on the two research directions of "Marine ranch" and "index evaluation system",this paper forms the research intention of the index evaluation system of the comprehensive development of Marine ranch,and constructs the comprehensive development evaluation system of Marine ranch by studying the changes of the comprehensive benefits of Marine ranch before and after the project construction.The empirical research selects the construction project of Xiaoxing Mountain Marine ranch in Huizhou city,Guangdong province.According to the ecological,economic and social benefits of output,collected the development data for four years from 2018 to 2021,standardized the entropy method to calculate the weight of each index,and analyzed the comprehensive development degree of the project by comparing the weight of the index.The research results show that the comprehensive development degree of Huizhou Marine ranch project has increased rapidly since the enterprises settled in 2021.At the same time,from the perspective of comprehensive score,the comprehensive degree is relatively general at present.The project mainly focuses on mariculture,and the development degree of social and ecological benefits is low,and there is a large space for subsequent comprehensive development.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the comprehensive development of Marine ranch,and the research results can also provide some guiding significance for the subsequent development direction of the Marine ranch projects under construction and preparing for construction,and provide reference for the subsequent theoretical research.
