Penaeus chinensis(Fenneropenaeus chinensis)is one of the most important aquaculture species in northern China, which has high economic and nutritional value. The prevalence of white spot syndrome virus(white spot syndrome virus,WSSV)has caused great losses to the aquaculture of Penaeus chinensis. In this paper,5 mRNA,3 lncRNA and 3 miRNA differentially expressed in resistant families, susceptible families and normal control groups of WSSVinfected Penaeus chinensis were screened.Bioinformatics analysis and single nucleotide polymorphism(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)analysis of 5 mRNA were carried out,and fluorescence quantitative analysis of the expression of selected RNA in different tissues of resistant and susceptible families of Penaeus chinensis infected with WSSV.The results will provide basic data for elucidating the molecular regulation mechanism of Penaeus chinensis under WSSV infection, and lay a theoretical foundation for breeding new resistant varieties and improving characters. The open reading frame(open reading frame,ORF)and amino acid sequence of mRNA were obtained by bioinformatics analysis, and the information about coding protein was obtained, which is of great significance for the study of gene expression and protein function.SNP analysis showed that the distribution of SNP genotypes deviated from that in early and late death individuals.Five SNP loci were found in TK gene, two of which were located in exons, encoding valine and leucine, respectively. The mutation types were synonymous mutations, and the remaining three were intron mutations.Six SNP sites were found in PLP gene, two of which were located in exons and encode lysine and glutamate, all of which were non-synonymous mutations, which were mutated into arginine and aspartic acid, respectively, and the remaining four were mutations in introns, and one SNP site was found in MFAP4 gene, and the mutation site was located in introns. Two SNP sites were found in LSm5 gene, one was located in exon, the coding amino acid was leucine, the mutation type was synonymous mutation, and one was intron mutation;three SNP sites were found in CREBL2 gene, all of which were located in intron;through fluorescence quantitative analysis, different RNA were specifically expressed in hepatopancreas, but the same expression trend may exist in muscle tissue. The results showed that the screened RNA may play a major role in hepatopancreas of Penaeus chinensis.
