The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of organic trance elements on growth performance and blood physiological and biochemical indices of Laying Hens in young period.A total of 1000 healthy one-day-old Dawu Jinfeng Laying Hen Chicks were selected as experimental animals, which were randomly divided into 2groups with 5 replicates in each group and 100 chickens in each replicate. The chickens in the control group were fed basal diet supplemented with inorganic trace elements, and those in the experimental group were fed basal diet supplemented with organic trace elements. The body weight, feed intake, tibia length and death rate of chicks were measured at the age of 1,2,3,4,5,6 weeks.Three chickens were randomly selected from each replicate at the 43 day of experimental period, sampled the blood and determined the physiological and biochemical indicators in the serum.During the laying period,a total of 1000 healthy Dawu Jinfeng Laying Hens were selected as experimental animals, which were randomly divided into 2 groups with 5replicates in each group and 100 hens in each replicate, and the production performance and economic benefit were measured. The results showed as follows:1.At the 1,3,4 and 5 weeks of age, there was no significant difference in body weight between control group and experimental group(P>0.05).At the 2 and 6 weeks of age,the body weight of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group.2.At the 1,2,3,5 and 6 weeks of age, shin length in experimental group did not increase significantly compared with control group. At the 4 weeks of age, shin length of experimental group was significantly longer than that of control group.3.During the trial, there were no significant differences in average daily gain and average daily feed intake between two groups.4.Compared with the control group, the content of TP,Ig A,T-AOC,GSH-Px,SOD and Alb in serum of experimental group were not significantly increased, but the content of Ig M and CAT were significantly increased, and the content of Ig G was significantly decreased.5.The feed intake of each chicken in the experimental group was 0.11 yuan more than that in the control group. The cost of feed was only 55 yuan more, but the cost of the control group was 92.41 yuan;in comparison, the total cost of the experimental group was 37.41 yuan less than that of the control group.6.The egg production rate of experimental group was 1.71% higher than that of control group.Taking 500 laying hens as an example, the comprehensive benefit of experimental group was 675 yuan higher than that of control group, and the output per chicken was 0.009 yuan per day.
