| Arma chinensis Fallou is an important predatory natural enemy insect in agriculture and forestry,with wide distribution,strong adaptability,and wide predation,which can feed on pests of several orders such as Lepidoptera,Coleoptera,Hymenoptera,and Hemiptera.In this experiment,the sublethal effect of the mixed solution of L-carvone and cuminalcohol on A.chinensis was measured to provide some theoretical references for proper integrated pest management.The results of the experiment are as follows:(1)The mixed solution of L-carvone and Cuminalcohol has a tactile effect on A.chinensis and Myzus persicae(Sulzer).The LC50of L-carvone and cuminalcohol mixed solution for the 1st-5th instars and adults of A.chinensis were 5.564ml/L,9.005ml/L,8.891ml/L,47.151ml/L,85.580ml/L and 67.376ml/L.The LC50for the 1st-2nd,3rd-4th instars,and adults of M.persicae were 0.451ml/L,0.697ml/L,and 0.697ml/L.The LC50for the 1st-2nd,3rd-4th instars and adults of M.persicae were 0.451ml/L,0.697ml/L,and1.174ml/L.(2)The L-carvone and cuminalcohol mixed solution could affect the predation ability of the A.chinensis on M.persicae,and its predation response model was in accordance with the holling-II type,but the search effect was suppressed by the solution.the instantaneous attack rate was reduced,the handling time was prolonged,the maximum daily predation amount was reduced,the damage control ability was weakened,and the search efficiency was inhibited;the daily predation rate,handling time and maximum daily predation amount of the 3rd instar A.chinensis were most affected,the instantaneous attack rate and damage control ability of the 4th instar A.chinensis were most affected,and the adults were least affected.The search efficiency of the 3rd instars was seriously affected,while that of the adults was almost unaffected by the solution.(3)The mixed solution of L-carvone and cuminalcohol had certain tropism and non-selective feeding rejection effects on A.chinensis.The avoidance effect increased with time and drug concentration.The non-selective food refusal effect did not change significantly with the increase of time.The tropism of 3rd instars was 6%,28%and 42%at12h,24h and 36h,respectively,under the treatment of LC10;34%,44%and 46%at 12h,24h and 36h,respectively,under the treatment of LC30;40%and 52%at 12h,24h and 36h,respectively,under the treatment of LC50.The tropism was 40%,52%,and 56%at 12h,24h,and 36h,respectively.Under the treatment of LC50concentration,the refusal rates of 2nd instar A.chinensis were 53.98%,42.00%and 50.92%at 24h,48h and 72h,respectively;and the refusal rates of 5th instar A.chinensis were 43.86%,41.08%and 41.00%at 24h,48h,and 72h,respectively. |
