| Torreya grandis is a valuable dried fruit with a delicious flavor and medicinal properties.Torreya grandis’ market has gradually expanded in recent years,and its output has increased year after year.Currently,the Torreya grandis picking industry lacks effective fruit picking machinery,and Torreya grandis picking operations rely primarily on manual labor,resulting in high labor costs and low picking efficiency,severely limiting the Torreya grandis industry’s development.Torreya grandis picking mechanization has become an urgent problem to be solved.As a result,based on field study,this work will build a Torreya grandis picking machine,conduct corresponding analysis,trial production,and test in order to actualize Torreya grandis mechanized picking and aid in the industrialization of Torreya grandis.To begin,a field experiment was carried out on a Torreya grandis planting base,and the key physical features of branches and fruit were examined in order to determine the best separation force conditions for plucking fruit.The harmonic response simulation analysis of the Torreya grandis branch vibration mechanics model was performed to establish the best frequency range and excitation load of the Torreya grandis picking machine,providing data for the design of the Torreya grandis picking machine.Second,the clamping mechanism,vibration mechanism,and extension and reduction vibration mechanism are all part of the Torreya grandis picking machine’s structure design.The clamping mechanism is designed to avoid detaching from the branches,while the vibration mechanism is built with the ideal excitation frequency range and excitation load size as the primary design criteria.A finite element simulation analysis of the Torreya grandis picking machine was performed to check the structural strength of the vibration and clamping mechanisms,and the weak strength was optimized to analyze the first six natural frequencies and modes of the clamping mechanism in order to avoid resonance and mechanical structure damage.Finally,the Torreya grandis picking prototype was finished,and a Torreya grandis picking experiment was carried out to confirm the Torreya grandis picking effect and the correctness of the harmonic response of branches simulation analysis results.The results showed that the picking impact of Torreya grandis was good,and the test results were largely compatible with the simulation results. |
