There are many factors affecting the survival of walnut catalpa grafting,the technical requirements are relatively high,and it is more difficult to survive,resulting in a slow process of breeding after breeding varieties,which seriously affects the promotion and production of fine varieties of walnut catalpa.At present,most of the research on walnut catalpa is used for the determination of nutrient composition and biological activity of timber forests and seed kernels,walnut catalpa flowering late,the age of first flowering is generally 5-8 years,and the study of the correlation between walnut catalpa traits and early and late is very necessary to shorten the breeding cycle of walnut catalpa.In this study,with clone of Juglans mandshurica for research material,the physiological and biochemical,photosynthesis,hormone,graft survival rate and child growth properties are measured,using mutation analysis,variance analysis,such as poor analysis and correlation analysis method,To study the changes of each character in the clone at the year of grafting and at the beginning of fruiting(grafting 5 years),and to lay a foundation for the morning and evening correlation and selection of excellent clones.Analysis on the variation of physiological and photosynthetic traits in clones of Annual juglans.The variation coefficient of the traits ranged from 14.70 to 52.09%(mean 29.31%),with the minimum variation in chlorophyll content(Chlorophyll relative light absorption value)and the maximum variation in stomatal conductance.The coefficient of variation of each character at 5 years was 6.30-35.83%(average 21.66%),and the variation was less than that at1 year.The smallest variation was intercellular CO2 concentration,and the largest was stomatal conductance.Except intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate,soluble protein content,soluble sugar content,chlorophyll content(Chlorophyll relative light absorption value),net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance were the same between the two years.There were no significant differences in soluble protein content and soluble sugar content between the two years,but significant differences in chlorophyll content(Chlorophyll relative light absorption value),net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance between the two years(p<0.05).In two years,the average Chlorophyll relative light absorption value of non-fruity group was 9.68%higher than that of fruity group,and the average net photosynthetic rate was 7.80%lower than that of fruity group.Chlorophyll relative light absorption value is consistent with intercellular CO2 concentration in the morning and evening,which is an important trait of morning and evening correlation and early selection.The variation coefficient of endogenous hormone 6-BA content was the highest in both five-year and one-year groups,and 6-BA content,GA3 content and IAA content were higher in fruiting groups.The content of 6-BA in the five-year group was higher than that in the one-year group,while the content of GA3 and IAA in the five-year group was lower than that in the one-year group.In the whole group,there were significant differences in the content of three kinds of hormones among clones,but there was no significant difference in the content of GA3between fruiting group and non-fruiting group,and the value of GA3 in fruiting group was larger.The contents of 6-BA and IAA were significantly different between the two groups,and the mean value of fruiting group was larger.Paired T tests of three hormones of the two annual clones found that the differences between the three groups were not significant.In fruiting group,there was a significant positive correlation between annual and five-year group GA3 content.Correlation analysis of annual group showed that there was no significant correlation among characters in fruity group.Except that intercellular CO2 concentration was positively correlated with GA3 content,6-BA content,IAA content and grafting survival rate,other traits were negatively correlated with GA3 content,6-BA content,IAA content and grafting survival rate.There was a significant positive correlation between stomatal conductance and 6-BA content and between GA3 content and grafting survival rate in unfruited groups.Soluble protein content,soluble sugar content,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration were positively correlated with GA3 content,6-BA content,IAA content and grafting survival rate.In the whole group,chlorophyll content(Chlorophyll relative light absorption value)was significantly negatively correlated with GA3content,and net photosynthetic rate was significantly positively correlated with 6-BA content,but significantly positively correlated with IAA content.6-BA content was significantly positively correlated with stomatal conductance and transpiration rate,and 6-BA content was significantly positively correlated with net photosynthetic rate and IAA content.Chlorophyll content(Chlorophyll relative light absorption value)was positively correlated with three kinds of hormones in the fruited group.The four photosynthetic indexes were positively correlated with GA3 content and seed setting,but negatively correlated with 6-BA content.The four photosynthetic indexes were negatively correlated with GA3 content and 6-BA content in the non-fruiting group.In the whole group,the net photosynthetic rate was negatively correlated with the three hormones,among which the 6-BA content reached a significant level.Intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate were positively correlated with three hormones.The yield of clones was positively correlated with tree height and DBH in 2019 and 2020,that is,the early growth of lines with higher yield was faster.The survival rate of clonal grafting was negatively correlated with tree height and DBH in 2019 and 2020,and reached a significant level except DBH in 2019.
