The landscape planting of crops is one of the important ways to do a good job in the integration of the primary and tertiary industries,promote the integrated development of "agriculture,culture and tourism",and create the theme of the flower sea brand.At present,due to the complex pattern boundaries and diverse varieties of the crop flower sea landscape,the modeling and construction operations are almost entirely completed by manpower,which requires a large amount of labor.In order to improve the mechanization level of crop cultivation landscape modeling and reduce the modeling cost,based on the existing prototype of the research group’s first-generation hybrid seed tape weaving machine,taking flower seeds with small particle size and irregularity as an example,this paper proposes and implements a vibration-based method.The design scheme of the mixed seed tape weaving machine for continuous seed feeding operation.Taking flower seeds with small particle size and irregularity as the working object,a weaving machine for mixing seed tapes is designed.The prototype is mainly composed of a seed tape weaving device and a seed tape collecting device.This paper focuses on the measurement and calibration of flower seed parameters,the vibrating seed feeding and metering system,and the opposite rubber roller paper feeding system.The main contents are as follows:(1)Taking the seeds of Cockscomb flower,Chinese milk vetch and Orychophragmus as the objects,the characteristic parameters of the seeds were measured,and taking the seeds of Cockscomb flower as an example,the discrete element software EDEM was used to measure the contact between the seeds and the resin material used in the seed tray.The parameters were calibrated by the response surface method.The results of the measurement of seed parameters showed that the average three-dimensional size of Cockscomb flower was 1.45 mm×1.28 mm×0.57mm;the average three-dimensional size of Vetch was 2.73 mm×2.39 mm×1.19 mm;the average size of 2.65 mm×1.59 mm × 1.32 mm.The measured moisture content of Cockscomb flower is 10.82%;the average 10,000-grain weight is 6.56 g;the density of seeds is 1.05 g/cm3;the average angle of repose is 28.41°;The 1000-grain weight was 3.789 g,the density of the seeds was 1.49 g/cm3,and the angle of repose of the seed pile was 38.98°;the measured moisture content of E.japonica was 4.69%,the1000-grain weight of the seeds was 3.937 g,and the density of the seeds was 1.02g/cm3;The angle of repose of the seed pile is 38.36°.Through the experimental measurement of the contact parameters of cockscomb and the discrete element calibration,the Poisson’s ratio,the coefficient of static friction between species,and the coefficient of static friction of the seed plate are the factors that have a significant impact on the movement state of cockscomb seeds,and the optimal combination parameters are obtained by further optimization.Poisson’s ratio is 0.354,the static friction coefficient between species is 0.287,and the static friction coefficient of the seed plate is 0.222.Through verification,the relative error between the simulated angle of repose and the physical measured angle of repose of the seed stack is only0.57% by using the best parameter combination obtained from the calibration results.(2)Design the overall scheme and key components of the hybrid seed tape weaving machine based on vibration seed supply.On the basis of analyzing the shortcomings of the first-generation prototype,an improved design scheme is proposed;on the basis of expounding the working principle of the vibrating disc,the structural parameters of the vibrating seed feeding device are designed and verified in detail;The oscillating seed guiding device,inoculating device and paper feeding system are designed.Propose a design scheme of the overall layout of the whole machine with a pipeline type symmetry;The force and motion state of the seeds in each groove in the vibrating plate are analyzed.Combined with the material parameters,the diameter of the vibration base and other factors,the rise angle of the spiral guide groove is designed to be 10°,the radius of the vibration plate is 62 mm,and the pitch of the spiral guide groove is 68.7 mm;The slot width factor of the design screening slot is 1.5,the slot width is 2 mm,the inclination angle of the slot side plate is 45°,the radius of the slot rib is 0.69,and the distance from the center of the rib to the side plate is 0.9 mm;The designed discharge groove width is 2 mm;The simulation verification shows that the reduction of the seed flow by the tank body is maintained at about 50%,which can effectively reduce the seed flow;The stability coefficient of the tank body for seed supply is maintained at 10% or below,which meets the requirements of seed supply stability.The design of the oscillating seed guide device is divided into 4 zones,the diameter of the central axis of the disc is 16 mm,the thickness of the surrounding wall of the leakage zone is 2 mm,and the radius of the disc surface is 20 mm.The designed inoculation device is a V-shaped slot tank,the slot width T is 2 mm,and the total length of the slot is 20 mm.The center distance of the rubber rollers in the opposite rubber roller device is designed to be 38 mm,the radius of the non-extrusion of the rubber roller is 20 mm,and the extrusion ratio is 5%.It has high stability under the speed scheme and meets the working requirements.(3)The software and hardware control system supporting the machine work is designed.Develop landscape pattern preprocessing process planning software based on Py Qt5 and Python to realize the transcoding function of landscape patterns;The control system of the hybrid seed tape weaving machine based on STM32 single-chip microcomputer + touch screen man-machine interface is designed.Tests show that the planning software and control system are stable and reliable.The planning software has a human-computer interface that is easy for users to operate.It can process landscape pictures in various formats,and can make corresponding output adjustments according to user needs,and realize patterns for large-scale landscape modeling needs.Split on demand.The prototype control system is developed according to the control requirements of the prototype to realize the segmentation of the work process.Control commands can be input on the interface at any time,and the knitting progress can be fed back on the interface at any time.The control system is stable and reliable during long-term operation,and the system has a variety of built-in alternative working rates to meet the basic requirements of the operation of the whole machine.(4)Carry out prototype performance testing.Based on the built prototype,the seed metering system is tested.The results show that when the seed metering system fills the paper tape with seeds of 200 ms,the switching speed of the seed metering guide plate in the seed metering system is 7 r/s,and the vibrating plate supplies When the seed flow rate is 40 grains/s,the seed metering system has the best seed filling effect on the paper tape,The qualified rate of filling seed is 87.8%.A verification test was carried out for the possible marking errors in the continuous paper feeding process of the prototype.The results showed that the marking accuracy errors were all below 1.1%,and the variance of the distance between the marking points at the beginning and end of each line was below 5%.The pattern weaving effect of the weaving machine was verified.The indoor seed tape spreading test showed that the relative position variation coefficient P between the weaving pattern and the target pattern was all below 10%,and the weaving area coefficient of the prototype was stable at about 10%.The position of key points in each row The coefficients of variation were all below 5%.Field planting experiments were carried out,and a similarity evaluation algorithm based on pattern cosine value comparison was developed to evaluate the similarity between seedling stage,flowering stage and standard pattern after field planting.The results showed that the similarity between the field seedling stage map and standard pattern reached 86.58 %,and the effect of mapping in field flowering period reached 72.39%.The results show that the visual effect of the fancy seed belt landscape modeling is good,and the expected purpose is achieved.The results of this study can provide a reference for the landscape modeling of field fancy patterns. |
