Nowadays,bioinformatics research has attracted more attention.In many research fields of bioinformatics,the research of forest genome is an extremely popular research direction.Based on the development of new generation of High-Throughput Sequencing technology,forest genome has produced a large amount of genome data information.Facing more gene data,how to effectively collect information from gene sequences to solve biological problems is one of the current hot research directions.Based on the current forest genome research,we consulted multiple forest genome data from genome database,completed the sequence alignment and multi sequence ratio equivalence of gene sequence data,and conducted the phylogeny research of forest species based on gene sequence data,analyze the evolutionary processes underlying forest species genomes.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the current forest phylogeny research,this paper consulted the relevant literature of forest genome,searched the common genome databases such as NCBI,Pla Bi Database态Plant GDB,and selected and collected the genome data of 35 forest species for phylogeny research.We summarized methods of sequence detection and sequence alignment of genomic data.Above methods used to process genomic data,research genomic data by using phylogenetic methods,conduct multi sequence alignment using MEGA-X,and build phylogenetic tree according,conduct homology analysis to study the gene evolution of forest.(2)Through the study of forest genome,this paper analyzes the differences of genome evolution.The differential expression of gene sequences will change the function and structure of proteins.By analyzing the differences of protein sequences,we can study the differences of gene sequences and the process of genome evolution.This paper developed a method FMP-SVM for identify membrane transporter in forest.This method uses PSSM to extract features,then process the feature data.We sue SVM-RFE-CBR algorithm to reduce the dimension of features and select the best feature subset.The feature data subset used to construct the protein recognition model and evaluate the model.Compared with other classification methods,our method can effectively identify forest membrane transporters.(3)Based on the research of forest genome,a forest genome visualization browser built for the management and visualization of forest genome data,which realizes the visualization of genome sequence,genome information and sequence alignment results,and used to analyze the whole genome sequence of forest and study the evolutionary relationship of forest genome.To sum up,this paper studies the relationship between forest genome evolution through phylogeny,analyzes the evolutionary relationship of forest genome.A method of identify forest membrane transporters is proposed,analyze gene sequence difference based on protein sequence difference.Based on the above research,a forest genome browser is built to display the genome information and visually compare the difference information between forest genome evolution.
