Abstract/Summary:
The solar greenhouse rolling machine is the key device to drive the unfolding and retracting of its external thermal insulation covering materials,and it has important value in improving the thermal insulation management efficiency and light simplification level of the solar greenhouse.At present,there are many kinds of rolling machines on the market with different performances,but the safety and reliability of most rolling machines are not ideal.Problems such as broken reels and deviation of roller blinds occur in the market.Therefore,on-site monitoring is required when removing the thermal insulation covering material..As the environmental management of solar greenhouses develops in the direction of automation and intelligence,the existing rolling machines have been difficult to meet the reliability requirements of modern energy-saving solar greenhouses.Therefore,according to the structural characteristics of the solar greenhouse,it is extremely important to develop a rolling machine suitable for modern energy-saving solar greenhouses.The double-sided self-propelled rolling machine can ensure the synchronous output torque balance of the power displacement on both sides of the reel through automatic control and position detection.Basic technical requirements for rolling machines in energy-saving solar greenhouses.Therefore,this study designed a double-sided self-propelled rolling machine,developed the dynamic simulation model and structural safety simulation model of each component of the roller blind device,and carried out the analysis of the dynamic characteristics and structural safety of each component of the roller blind device.,carried out the trial production and field test of the double-sided self-propelled rolling machine,and applied for relevant patents for the project research results.The main findings of the study are as follows:1.The structure design of the double-sided self-propelled roller blind device adopts dual power mechanisms,and the double-sided synchronous control system is developed and equipped.The curtain time is 6’16 ",and the average curtain release time is 5’34",which meets the performance index requirements in the technical specification for the quality evaluation of the greenhouse roller shutter.In the long-term management and control,the roller shutter has a good effect and the control system runs stably,which can meet the requirements of the greenhouse roller shutter;2.By comparing the test torque measurement data of the prototype of the double-sided self-propelled roller blind device with the theoretical value of the dynamic model data,the accuracy of the dynamic model is verified,and the dynamic changes of the workload during the roller blind process under different conditions can be simulated.Taking the third-generation greenhouse with a span of 10 m and a length of 40 m as an example,under the condition that the covering material is needle felt insulation quilt,the working load of the rolling shutter in the initial state of the rolling shutter increases rapidly,and the working load rises to 133.82 N m in 23.13 s.Subsequently,the working load of the roller shutter fluctuated and increased,reaching the middle position of the roller shutter at 137 s.At this time,the working load was 266.13 N m,reaching the maximum working load of 510.61 N m at 169 s,and ending the roller shutter at 195.22 s.The maximum working load after the mass density increases due to a large amount of water absorption is 639.89 N m,which is 25.33% higher than that in the dry state;3.The structural safety analysis shows that under the same load conditions,the maximum stress of the reel under the double-sided power is about 50% of that under the single-sided power,and the axial deformation is much smaller than that of the single side,and the structural safety performance is better.Taking the third-generation 10m-span energy-saving solar greenhouse as an example,the thickness of the thermal insulation quilt is 30 mm.The double-sided self-propelled roller shutter device with a reel with an outer diameter of 75 mm and a wall thickness of 3mm can meet the rolling requirements of a 140m-long greenhouse under extreme weather conditions.Curtain;if the thickness of the thermal insulation quilt is increased to 50 mm,the double-sided self-propelled roller shutter device with a reel with an outer diameter of 75 mm(wall thickness 5.5 mm)can meet the normal roller shutter of a greenhouse with a length of 120 m;under the same conditions,if the length of the greenhouse is If it is 100 m,the reel specification is 75 mm(4 mm wall thickness).
