| This experiment used Saanen dairy goat lambs as experiment object,exploring the effect of liquid fermentation feed and the ripening soft pellet feed on lamb production performance by feeding experiment,to reduce the cultivation cost of lamb,improve the comprehensive beneficial result of feeding,promoting the popularization and application of liquid fermentation feed and the ripening soft pellet feed in the field of ruminant,at the same time,explore the scheme of early weaning.It is divided into two parts:Experiment 1.Effect of liquid fermentation diet on production performance of lambThis experiment was conducted to study the effects of liquid fermentation feed on daily gain,diarrhea rate and mortality rate of Saanen dairy goat lambs.In this experiment,choose 60 lambs that had a good health,good physical condition,put them into two groups with thirty replicates and each group had one lambs according to the design of the random,the experiment was conducted for 7 days,experimental group feed 30 m L liquid fermentation feed daily with a bottle,the control group was lactation.The first weight,final weight,diarrhea and death of the lambs were recorded.Results showed that under the same conditions,at the lamb 1-7 days stage,the average daily weight gain of the test group fed the liquid fermentation feed was increased that by 7.10% compared with the lactation group,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).The diarrhoea rate in the test group fed liquid fermentation feed was significantly lower than in the control group(P < 0.01).The mortality rate of the test group fed the liquid fermented feed was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.01).Note: Under the same conditions,the liquid fermentation feed may not affect the daily weight gain of lambs,but can effectively reduce the diarrhea rate and mortality of lambs.Experiment 2.Effect of the ripening soft pellet feed on production performance of lambThis experiment aims to study the effect of ripening soft pellet feed on the growth performance,apparent digestibility,diarrhea rate and weaning rate of Saanen dairy goat lambs.This experiment selected 30 lambs with a day age of 7 d in good body condition,similar weight and not on liquid pellet feed.They were divided into three treatment groups with five replicates and each group had two lambs.Treatment group 1 was fed powder feed,treatment group 2 was fed ordinary pellet feed,treatment group 3 was fed ripening soft pellet feed,and the three feeds were processed with the same formula.On the 50 daily age,each group of lambs was weighed and collected daily feeding amounts and residual feed amounts were recorded to calculate average daily feed intake(ADFI),average daily gain(ADG),ratio of feed to gain(F/G)and weaning weight of lambs.The results show that under the same conditions,the ADG of the ripening soft pellet feed group is significantly higher than that of the powdered feed group and the ordinary pellet feed group by 52.45%and 44.89% respectively(P < 0.05).Compared with the powdered feed group and the ordinary pellet feed group,the ADFI of the ripening soft pellet feed group increased by 12.97% and 11.42% respectively,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Compared with the powdered feed group and ordinary pellet feed group,the F/G of the ripening soft pellet feed group decreased by 35.4% and 39.68% respectively,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).The dry matter(DM)digestibility of ripening soft pellet feed group was significantly higher than that of ordinary pellet feed group and powdered feed group(P < 0.05).The DM digestibility of ordinary pellet feed group was significantly higher than that of powdered feed group(P < 0.05).The digestibility of crude protein(CP)in the ripening soft pellet feed group was significantly higher than that in the ordinary pellet feed group(P < 0.05),which was higher than that in the powdered feed group,but there was no significant difference(P= 0.056).The CP digestibility of powdered feed group was significantly higher than that of ordinary pellet feed group(P < 0.05).The digestibility of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)in the ripening soft pellet feed group was significantly higher than that in the ordinary pellet feed group and powdered feed group(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in ether extract(EE)digestibility between groups(P > 0.05).The diarrhea rate of ripening soft pellet feed group was significantly lower than that of ordinary pellet feed group and powdered feed group(P < 0.01).The weaning rate of ripening soft pellet feed group was significantly higher than that of ordinary pellet feed group and powdered feed group(P < 0.01).The results showed that the ripening soft pellet feed could significantly improve the ADG of lambs,improve the ADFI of lambs to a certain extent,and had the trend of reducing the F/G of lambs.The nutrient digestibility and weaning rate of lambs were significantly improved,and the diarrhea rate of lambs was significantly reduced. |
