The phenomenon of Phyllostachys edulis was very serious,and it is necessary to find effective control methods.From the perspective of non-biological stress factor,this article has selected water(salt,drought),nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen metabolic enzyme inhibitors,herbicide and other factors as coercion means to conduct indoor control tests,measure the main growth and related physiological indicators of seedlings.Explore the growth and physiological response mechanism of P.edulis seedlings on different coercion factor treatment,in order to provide theoretical reference for controlling the growth of P.edulis and its expansion.The main research results were as follows:(1)With the increase of Na Cl and PEG concentration,the seedling height,leaf number,SPAD value,RWC,SOD activity and soluble protein(SP)content of P.edulis seedlings increased first and then decreased,while the content of MDA decreased first and then increased.The treatments of 50 m M Na Cl and PEG all played a certain role in promoting the growth of seedlings.Under 150 m M Na Cl treatment,the SPAD value,total root length,total biomass,soluble protein content(SP),RWC and SOD activity of seedlings were the lowest among all treatments,which decreased by 36.11%,23.91%,27.27%,17.56%,21.61%and 40.54%respectively compared with CK;150 m M Na Cl stress treatment had the best inhibitory effect on seedling growth.The results of correlation analysis showed that under the treatment of Na Cl,PEG and their interaction,there was a certain interaction between the seedling root and the aboveground part,and their interaction ultimately affected the growth of seedlings.(2)When different concentrations of salt(Na Cl)were combined with nitrogen forms(ammonium nitrogen,ammonium nitrate mixed nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen),it was found that under the same nitrogen form,with the increase of salt concentration,the seedling height,leaf number,fresh weight,SPAD value,RWC,leaf photosynthetic pigment content,total root length,,root tip number and total biomass of P.edulis seedlings showed a decreasing trend,reaching the lowest at 150 m M concentration.Under the same salt concentration,the overall response trend of seedling growth physiological indexes under different morphological treatments is:ammonium nitrogen>ammonium nitrate mixed nitrogen>nitrate nitrogen.(3)The orthogonal test of three ammonium nitrogen assimilation enzyme inhibitors showed that under the stress of low concentration(0.1 m M)of methionine sulfoxide imine(MSO),the activities of glutamine synthase(GS)and glutamate synthase(GOGAT)in P.edulis seedlings were limited,and the activities of glutamate dehydrogenase(GDH)were induced to increase.Compared with the control group,high concentrations of glyphosate(PPT),MSO and Azaserine(AZA)significantly reduced the activities of GS,GOGAT and GDH in P.edulis seedlings,significantly increased the content of NH4+and significantly reduced the content of glutamate,and finally significantly inhibited the growth of seedlings.Range analysis showed that the inhibitory effects of three inhibitors on P.edulis seedlings were PPT>MSO>AZA.(4)Through the single glufosinate test in different ways(root irrigation,foliar spraying and injection of the main soil in the root distribution area),it was found that with the increase of treatment concentration,the basic growth index,SPAD value,biomass and root configuration parameters of seedlings showed a decreasing trend.Different treatments significantly inhibited the growth of seedlings.Further,the stress tests of six different herbicides(Glufosinate ammonium,Glyphosate,Methansulfuron,Nicosulfuron,Hexazinone,36%glufosinate·glyphosate)were carried out by root irrigation.It was found that these six herbicides significantly inhibited the growth of seedlings compared with the control group.Among them,all P.edulis seedlings treated with Hexazinone died after 20 days,and the inhibition effect was the best.In conclusion,salt,drought,nitrogen form,ammonium nitrogen assimilation enzyme inhibitor and herbicide all inhibited the growth of P.edulis seedlings to varying degrees.In salt drought stress,the inhibition effect of single salt stress on seedling growth was better than that of single peg drought stress and their interaction stress;In the combined treatment of salt and different forms of nitrogen,the inhibition effect of nitrate nitrogen+150 m M Na Cl was the best;Among ammonium nitrogen metabolism inhibitors,the best treatment combination was 5 m M PPT+1 m M MSO+1 m M AZA.In herbicide stress,the inhibitory effect of Hexazinone was significantly better than that of other herbicides,and could completely kill the seedlings. |
